We have lived here for a little over 6 months and have had an amazing experience! Great location, great community, great amenities! Maintenance is always very quick, efficient, and friendly with completing work orders and anything else we need. Jess, the property manager, is so friendly and quick to help with anything we need. We can’t say enough great things about Kettle Point Apartments, we love it here!

I have been at Kettle Point since April of
2023. I cannot wait for my lease to end this upcoming June so I can move. I only resigned my lease because I was forced to decide if I wanted to move or stay 3.5 months BEFORE my lease was up. They wouldn’t allow me to sign another 12 month lease instead tried backing me into a corner and getting me to sign a 24 month lease I bargained and signed for 15 months even though they tried talking me into the 18. It is extremely over priced for the experience you get living here. Never any parking for tenants because visitors take those spots. I can’t remember how many times the fire dept or the police have been called for a resident. Last March my next door neighbor crashed into my car as I was driving into my parking spot. Another tenant was an alcoholic who would harass everyone, disrupt the building and ended up committing suicide. On top of those incidents with tenants, this place is not kid friendly. It’s more similar to a retirement home. The pool is not enjoyable in the summer because these elderly people complain to the leasing office about noise and splashing leaving the kids with nothing to enjoy. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly community to live in, I would 1000% advise against this place and I never take the time to write reviews.

I went to tour the facitlity and I have to say how underwhelmed I was. The unit I toured has a ton of wasted space in it. The bedrooms are extremely small and they require an 18 month lease agreement. If you need to break your lease you have to pay $9,000. They have an amenities package that I'm not sure I completely understand. If I don't take the amenities package can I not use the pool or facitlites. Nothing is included in the rent at all. I have no issue paying the rent but for what they are asking and what you get it doesn't match at all. I am grateful I am not desperate that I need to find a place.

I have lived at Kettle Point for over two years and could not be happier. Karen and the entire staff are extremely competent and are always pleasant and willing to help. The grounds are maintained beautifully and I feel so lucky to be able to sit on my deck and look at the water or the amazing sunsets.

I have lived here for over 3 years and the last 6 months have been the worse. They put in a dog park and a major advertising point of pet friendly. I have put in 5 complaints about the neighbor's dog and was told I need to make recordings and log of the barking. Last month, new neighbors with 2 dogs, Jack Russell terrier. Constant barking and their apartment is right across from the elevator doors. Next apartment is a Rottweiler that barks day and night and is allowed to relieve itself on the deck. Which then leaks to the deck below. 6 new dogs in the past 6 months, prior to that there were none. The advertising is working! I'm told by the office that it will get better it is not. Help! I live in a dog kennel.

I’ve loved my time at Kettle Point. Mike (the property manager) is wonderful, kind, and super efficient with assisting with any needs you may have. The maintenance team is also quick and reliable. The beautiful property, lawn, and garden are impeccably maintained, as well.

Moved in 2022 and have had the best experience this far. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The office staff are kind and helpful with everything from maintenance to any questions and concerns. The gym is top notch too. Highly recommend.
