I didn’t have a great experience with Kenneth’s in the past, so was nervous to try it again but am so glad I did. Gracie did such a great job with my hair! She’s just getting started, but you can tell she really cares and takes the time to understand what you’re looking for. I was honestly impressed by how thoughtful and excited she was throughout the whole process. You can tell she’s super passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work.

Funny enough, my sister went to someone who’s been doing hair for years to get the same color balayage—and she was super jealous of how mine turned out compared to hers. Definitely glad I gave Gracie a shot—already looking forward to next time!

Danielle is amazing! She has been cutting my hair for a while now and I finally decided to pull the trigger and do a balayage and gloss. It was the first time putting color in my hair. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and the results are incredible.

She is kind, patient, and always listens to what I want while also providing her expertise. Highly recommend you go see her!

I’ve been seeing Melissa to get pedicures and manicures since I moved to Columbus at the beginning of 2025. She does such a beautiful and detailed job. My gel literally did not chip for MONTHS! And to top it off, she’s a total sweetheart! Thanks Melissa! See you in a month, yay!

Plus, she shared some awesome tips on how to keep it looking good every day and recommendation depend on the style I personally want. Super happy with the whole experience, and I can't recommend enough.

I have been here twice now and each time has been such a calm and easy experience. I have gotten a cut and color done with both Abigail and Jessica. They are each so fantastic in what they do! I loved the results both times. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a pleasant interaction and great hair results.

I got a haircut yesterday from Nicole, I'm a new customer and this is my 3rd stylist I'm seeing in Columbus that can't get the haircut I want. I asked for a wolf cut and provided pictures. I didn't receive what I asked for at all. I received long layers when I wanted short layers at the top of my head. It wasn't styled.

I regret saying I liked it because I wanted to be nice but this isn't what I wanted at all.

I'm giving 2 stars because I at least got the bangs cut in the way that I asked for.

The first two pictures are of what I wanted. The last two is of me and what I got.
