If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We have been constantly calling this number. Someone answered one time on Monday June 25th. We explained the situation. She stated “Our application wasn’t approved because we didn’t submit the correct documents in time”. That was a lie. In fact, Mary responded to the attached email saying “I got it. Thank you”. Also, the lady that answered the phone on Monday stated that she would reach out to Mary to confirm and get back to us. Haven’t heard from anyone in the office yet! This is beyond ridiculous and Unprofessional!

I congratulate the lady that is pretty much, "Always" there behind that little window. She always gives everyone 110%! I have not once witnessed her lose her cool, be short anyone no matter how hard or what ever she may have to do just to help her customers!!
I don't know her name, but in my opinion, she deserves some kind of medal, certificate of achievement or at least a paid vacation!!! But like I said that's the only my opinion so it probably won't happen but I appreciate this lady's work.

Terrible my caseworker doesn’t answer the phone well it goes straight to voice mail haven’t been in contact can’t leave messages cause the voice mail is full D smith and K ware horrible experience they change all my information without my permission entered random numbers as my income that are not true .no customer service to speak to either I don’t understand why a Jeff Davis caseworker is working on my case and I live in McIntosh county

The case workers are very slow at getting paper work processed people are waiting on benefits constantly they never answer the phone the best service was when jesup and waycross was helping them with their cases
