I called because a change of household had taken 3 months to be processed, the lady was asking questions but was being EXTREMELY rude. If i took a few seconds to answer, she’d say “Helloooo?!?!” and I was telling her about a prior conversation I had when I called last time and she said “Listen i don’t know who you called last time, but *reapeating question in a loud and attitudinal manner*. I’m 18 years old. This is my first time doing anything like this. I just hung up on her because she made me feel so stupid and like what I was calling about wasn’t important enough for me to be interrupting her day.

Had a phone call appointment for 11/21/2023 at 9 AM with worker "K. Jordan". I never received a call and tried to call the number provided on the notice. I get another notice yesterday that I missed an appointment that never happened in the first place. Repeatedly have called the number and it says invalid, then the main number has a full mailbox. Y'all need to get the ish together. You have so many people that need help. I understand being understaffed, but come on.

I received a notice of a phone appointment two days after the scheduled appointment. They also scheduled it for the wrong phone number even though I updated it . I called and left 10 messages no one ever returned my call but they certainly mailed a denial letter because of me “missing “ my appointment.

Their Mailbox is always Full And doesn't accept messages! As a disabled person who's sick And needs to get her benifits straightened out. I cant speak to a real person!! This is horrible
I hope the the good lord heals me because i cant stand depending on a government who helps people that
Aren't legal in this country! I worked all my life paid big taxes! And now Im thrown aside like a piece of garbage
Now i understand how our united state vets feel!!!
These people getting paid big to sit home should be helping the disabled

Seems after reading the other reviews I see that a class action civil rights suit can be put together for gaslighting and workers who don't deserve a job if they can't do it..

My case is In Jackson County yet I'm constantly sent to other countries for review for some reason..nobody ever answers the phone or their mailboxes are full and they send you to their supervisors number who also have full mailboxes or don't answer...

When an appointment says 3 pm and you call at 12 noon you are the one not keeping an appointment and this is liable and a lawsuit...

If you're reading this and a member of Jackson County's residents who need service please contact as something needs to be done..

Just because we're poor doesn't mean we don't need help and if these people don't wanna do their job they need to be replaced...

This is a class action suit for withholding services that our taxes pay for...

But this is what you get in a kleptocracy ran by masons who service would rather send billions to help others instead of their own...

Mainly because their government keep the money and those in need don't receive it in forien countries either..

Just criminals robbing their people...

Because the government wants you to fail so it can send you to prison or a mental health facility so they can keep your kids in the same cycle as you are ...

Poor and in need because of the rich and masons need...
