I want to share my story to bring awareness to people stalking people who park in handicap spaces. Especially to the people that have a placard and just because that person has not placed their placard because they’re still sitting in their car doesn’t give another customer the right to approach and harass that person.

And this footage will show that this is what happened to me. This is very dangerous because it could’ve went so wrong so pay attention to the man with the cart and I’m the person in the white car.

Georgia law under the crimes and offenses section 16 – 5–90 states that harassing and intimidating means knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person which causes emotional distress by placing such person in reasonable fear for such person safety or the safety of a member of his immediate family .

And this is what happened to me because I was waiting for my granddaughter to come out of the store and I had no idea what this man’s was going to do, but I was told by the police department that they spoke with a judge and that there’s nothing can be done about what this man did to me.

They say that there was no threat, but there was, he never should’ve approached my car.

This is so that we can protect ourselves because Jackson County Police Department is not going to help you.

Clerks were helpful however judge Garrison was not. I was plaintiff for a civil case. Judge stopped me while giving testimony, refused me any opportunity to present evidence and in fact waved it off when offered, was unable to call my witness but admitted that I was within my rights of the law in a tenant/landlord relationship. Defendant Connie Le claimed that she gave 60+ days notice to vacate which was a lie since she removed my belongings from my room within 24 hours and without notice. Threatened to change locks, and sent nasty messages to me (she denied having any contract with me so wheres the common sense?), then admitted she didn't follow the proper filing of a dispossessory action; the judge did not follow the law and instead dismissed my case, then awarded her $1600 as her "evidence" in a counterclaim for "dogsitting" my service animal for 14 days. Required no proof of services provided and no proof of estimates for an actual kennel. Joke of a hearing and an actual waste of my time considering I had proof to disprove her claims.

Officer Hollis badge# 057- is a crooked cop. She will take a power trip anytime of the day. Shes the type to have a chip on her shoulder just because she’s a female. She breaks your rights and unless you have a lot of money to take on a sue then you’re out of luck. Just stay away from officer hollis badge #057.

They don’t go by last name, they bring in inmates instead of getting to the cases they called in at 8:30am so your here waiting till after 4pm. They don’t get court started till after 9:30am. The district attorneys don’t talk to you bout your plea they just want you to show up tell you what it is and that’s it they don’t even discuss what’s in the best interest in the person. This is very poorly organized they don’t know what they doing at all. They need to take some tips from Athens or some other court house that knows how to run things.

Well I guess ga. Is above the law since the judge refuses to abide by a federal mandate to stop evictions. This is not right. Jackson co. Ga has doubled and trippled their rent. They don't care about people doing the best they can all they care about is the almighty dollar. The word of God says u will reap what u sow and I pray I'm still around to see what happens to the Jackson co ga judicial system. Esp. Since they think they are above the FEDERAL laws in effect right now. Esp pendergrass ga

Just left from trying to get a restraining order because I fear for my family safety. Since no one has been harmed yet, we were denied. We are looking for "justice" but was shown that it is "just us"! Thank god for "stand your ground" SMH

We have a beautiful courthouse in Jackson county, but more importantly, those who work here are professional, knowledgeable, and always courteous. Camie Thomas, in particular, is an asset to the government services of Jackson county.
