Maya at Island Palm Community has been super amazing. I started communicating with her before moving to Hawaii and she’s been great with finding me the perfect home for me and my family. She was very responsive and quickly answered every one of my emails (and there were a lot). I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest client because I had a lot of requirements and desires but she was just the kindest person throughout the entire process. Finding the right home can be challenging and feel rushed especially without a good consultant. Maya is an amazing consultant and if you’re lucky enough to be her client, she’ll really take your interests and get you and your family what they want. Also, Joy at the Wheeler community center was awesome. Both of these ladies picked me up and drove me around to view homes and back to my hotel. Both were super nice and a pleasure to work with!

She expedited the entire process from showing up on island to moved in to our home in just over 2 weeks!! She also got us on the list for a washer and dryer a whole MONTH before anyone else could’ve!! She made this whole experience a freeze for my family and we are very grateful. Not only did she go above and beyond with providing information for our family, but she also took the time to take us on a house walk through when our assigned leasing agent was unable to do so. ASHLEY ASHTON you were absolutely amazing. Not only was she great with communications, she was understanding and accommodating. She was clear and on top of things. She didn't rush us when viewing the home. She didn't judge or question when I declined our first home offer.
