Management has been great. No issues with appliances, AC in the summer, and facilities are top notch. The setting, dock, and surrounding area is by far the best part. Would highly recommend!

this was the WORST management I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

Due to family and work issues, we had to immediately break our lease so that we could move back home and handle them. We asked them EXACTLY how much it would cost to break our lease and they told us a certain amount that we would have to pay and then proceeded to say that we were getting our security deposit and prorated rent back.

I clarified on MULTIPLE occasions so that no random expenses would come up after we had left the apartment that the amount they told us was the ONLY amount we would have to pay.

Come to find out one month after we left there was an addendum they forgot to mention. So not only are we NOT getting our prorated rent and security deposit back... but we have to pay an additional $2685 because of the discount we got when we moved in.

On top of this, they tried to charge me an extra $200 for extra pool wristbands that we never received, and I tried to inform the property manager, Allison, that I had not received these and instead of checking to see if that was true she passive-aggressively kept telling me she was certain she gave them to us. Got a text from her 2 hours later saying she found them in her drawer.

Totally unprofessional and borderline scammers. If you are in the area PLEASE consider living somewhere else.

Getting your security deposit back is pretty much like a 1% chance. One of our neighbors got charged for pee stains under the carpets they tore up when they never even had a dog living there.

This has been the best apartment I've ever lived in.
Hiramis and Allie have been very helpful with leasing.
They are very professional and made sure I was able to get into the apartment with a great promo.
On top of that I won a free iPad!
Id highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Isla Antigua is the perfect apartment complex, incredible view, huge pool, a pier over the water, a gym, ton of amenities & FREE COFFEE EVERYDAY!!! I recently moved from a different complex and Isla was a huge upgrade! All the appliances are brand new, Stainless steel fridge, huge bathrooms and the best part having a washer & dryer in unit. Throughout my time here my roommate and I had issues with our third roommate, each issue was effortlessly solved by Brittani. She truly listened to us and provided solutions efficiently and helped the process go by with ease. Definitely recommend Isla and working with their staff was a pleasure.

Really disappointed with this place. Was told we only had to pay a 3.6k to break our lease, asked multiple times to clarify and told us in writing that that would be the final payment other than any property damage we may have caused (which we didn’t) after being told we would get our full security deposit back they then sent us an email stating we would not get our deposit back and that we have to pay an extra 3,600.

Although it was clarified in a sentence in the 60 PAGE contract we asked multiple times and trusted what they were telling us. I get people make mistakes but this is just careless.

I’m very happy with my apartment and proud to call it home. The staff is excellent; Brittani, Ally and Janos are the best! 😊Very helpful and friendly! Isla Antigua has a wonderful atmosphere and amenities and is a lovely place to take in the beautiful river sunsets! Keep up the great work team Islaaa! 🙌😉

Beautiful location with amazing sunsets and lovely views, breeze off the water. The process of touring and securing a home was outstanding and Debbie Stewart went out of her way for me on several occasions. Good value and beautiful, special property.

Rented the Air B&B with friends this winter. ( little late in posting, sorry). Allison was great with checkin, some local recommendations for food and entertainment. Great location for everything we did. Only issue is we did not have enough time for everything we wanted to do!! Even the weather cooperated!! Sunny every day with no jackets needed. We will be back.
