While I thought I was going to have a good experience, the father of my child informed me the receptionist was explaining to him the longest payment method to delay his child support, as well as that he technically didn’t have to pay me anything for up to 6 months if he didn’t want to. I’m not sure why you would ever say something so unprofessional when you’re there to do a job not form opinions on other people’s circumstances. Thank you for putting the ideas into his head so I will have to continue to support our child with minimal help.

You can never get a single person to answer a phone. They are so far behind on things that families are not getting their benefits renewed and therefore they lose said benefits. The lobby is closed Monday and Friday so you only have three day's a week you can go in and try to get thing's fixed. You are lucky if anyone will help you when you do go in. This has got to be the worst state when it comes to benefits.

I understand the volume of people they must assist and can only think it may be less if open more than three days a week. Recently we were told the computer is right and we are wrong. Case worker is never there and can never be reached by phone. Hasn't always been bad but every 6 months when we renew there is an issue.

They don’t know how to answer the phone. Been trying to get in touch for MONTHS. No one answers. The 1-800 number they give you is completely useless and not worth the headache.
