I met Ken DeBlois from Inland Marine Sales at the Providence Boat Show a week or so ago. He spent over an hour with me answering all my questions regarding a Tahoe Pontoon Boat that I was interested in. He followed up with me following the show and completely went to bat for me in narrowing choices and options in selecting the right boat for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and patient with me as we went through the process. He worked with the factory to offer the best pricing and delivery options that were available including boat show pricing after the show was over. I could not have been more pleased and impressed than I was. A true gentleman, an excellent salesman and a hugely helpful resource for information. I truly appreciated his expertise and kindness.

Colby and his team at Inland Marine care about their customers and making sure they stay on the water. They worked with me on solving a very elusive issue with my Optimax 2 stroke over a good portion of the summer. They invested so many hours between several dockside visits, boat pick up/drop off, parts replacements, etc. When the eventual solve became a motor replacement, Colby pulled the boat out himself, and his team worked magic to have a new Yamaha 4 stroke installed, cabled, wired to the helm and back on the water in one day! All of my interactions with Colby have shown how much he cares about doing what’s best for the customer and getting them back on the water.

Inland Marine is a one stop shop for your boat. Great sales and service department. Purchased my first Pontoon boat this week. Ashley and Colby were great to work with, answered many questions, and were always available. Really like my new 17ft Tahoe. Will be my go to show for service and winter storage going forward.

Every once in a while, you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. That is the experience I had with Colby Petrillo from Inland Marine, Inc in Chepachet , RI.

It was time for me to purchase a new dock and Colby went out of his way to help me make my decision whether it was going to benefit him or not. He even met me at my house, talked me through the pros and cons of my decision and even offered to come out and stake out the entire layout with sticks and string because he could sense that I was unsure of my design and if it would fit. He knew instinctively that I was a visual person (which I am) . I couldn’t believe that he would offer to do that just to give me peace of mind!

He gave me a great quote that was very fair and went above and beyond to find a way to give me extra.

Colby has definitely created a new customer and I will be going to him for many years to come! If you are looking for quality, honesty, and someone who genuinely cares about your needs as a customer Colby Petrillo at Inland Marine in Chepachet, RI is your guy!

I strongly recommend this business! I bought a new G3 aluminum boat. I needed seat mounts, a motor, battery and a trailer. A couple things needed to be ordered and we’re there the next day! Ashley helped me immensely by organizing all the paperwork, and being a notary made it super simple! I will gladly recommend trying inland marine! You won’t be disappointed!

I drove down from Maine to buy a used boat from Inland Marine. I can’t say enough how impressed I was. They put my mind at ease by volunteering to test the motor, make sure all lights worked, greased the bearings and did a thorough walk through and explanation of all the systems. Thanks to owner Colby, Ashley, and all the service department for a great experience. They were all friendly and looked to enjoy working together. Will definitely be back for a pontoon in the future!
