I recently spent one night at iCoconutGrove and my stay was close to perfect. The room was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided and the amenities provided by hotel Arya were very nice. I wish I could have checked in a bit earlier than four, but I understand the need to be able to get the rooms cleaned and ready for incoming guests. The hotel staff was able to store my belongings until check in time, which was very nice.

Nous avons passés 3 nuits superbe dans ce superbe hôtel.
La chambre 1607 etait spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la marina.
La kitchenette nous a permis de préparer quelques repas.
Une bouteille de champagne nous a accueilli lors de notre première nuit.
La piscine chauffée possede une belle vue.
Le lieu est proche de la marina et des restaurants.
Le parking permets de se garer facilement et ensuite de montrer dans les chambres facilement.
Le Check in check out furent rapide et efficace.
Nous y retournerons volontier.

We are staying at the Partial bay view studio at the iCoconut grove for 2 nights. Beautiful studio. After a long day at the everglades, it felt like we were pampered when we entered the studio. The sparkling wine was very welcoming. Very close to restaurants. Beautiful views. All in all, we highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Grove! The unit was amazing and views were awesome! We had a view of both the city and ocean . If you want to explore the town , everything is within walking distance. We will definitely book this unit again it was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was a great vacay in a beautiful area.!

I've never encountered such incompetence and disrespect from a management team and owner in my life. This establishment is a prime example of how not to run a business. From start to finish, my experience was marred by their utter lack of professionalism and basic decency.

Let's start with the management: they were clueless, disorganized, and downright rude. It's like they haven't heard of customer service or basic manners. They ignored simple requests, mishandled orders, and couldn't even manage a simple apology when they messed up. It's appalling how they treat their customers like inconveniences rather than paying patrons.

And don't get me started on the owner. This person must think they're above everyone else because they certainly act like it. Their arrogance and dismissive attitude towards customer feedback are astounding. It's clear they care more about their ego than actually running a respectable business.

The entire experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's a shame because the place has potential if it were under competent and respectful management. Until then, save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other businesses that actually appreciate their customers and know how to treat them with dignity.
