Publicidad engañosa. En la reserva de Booking reservé con desayuno incluido pero cuando llegue al establecimiento había un letrero que decía que por motivos de covid 19 dicho servicio no había. La empleada ni se inmuto al mencionarle que habías reservado con desayuno, solo se limitó a mencionar que el servicio estaba cancelado.||Tremendo engaño!! no reserven con Booking ni con Howard Johnson by Wyndham Perry GA

El servicio de desayuno es pésimo y pues me gustaría que los dueños supervisaran lla situación escasamente ofrece café y un wafle le falta mucha atención en otro hoteles ofrecen fruta,yogurt y pues las personas encargadas son árabes o indú y realmente son muy déspotas

This hotel was disgusting. Roaches in the rooms stained bedsheets. Bed was hard as a rock. Lobby is not open in time to eat breakfast. They didn’t knock or anything walked right into our room and took our curtain's. About 2 hours later while we were still in here my daughter in the bathroom they walked in here and started vacuuming then proceeded to almost open the door on my daughter in the bathroom without knocking. Huge invasion of privacy. They took money out of our account 3 weeks before we arrived. The first room we got the beds felt like just box springs with out a mattress. This room also didn’t have a top lock which with 3 Daughters in an area I don’t know I was NOT okay with at all they did give us a new room and were nice about it. We got this hotel because of the pool so my girls could swim and the pool was down and they didn’t tell us before we got here. There was mold on the head board and the lamp was broken. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. “Award winning hotel” not sure how they got that name at ALL

The lady at the front desk asked did we want a non smoking room or smoking room. She said for the non smoking room we had to pay $10 dollars. We declined. We went to the room and it was discussing and outdated. We went back to the front desk and gave her the $10 dollars. I’m going to look at my receipt from my credit card to see if we booked a nonsmoking room or not!! The room we did get was decent but still outdated. It had baby roaches, you had to turn the water off because the showers head didn’t have anywhere to hold it. The safe looked like it was from the old west. We only had two rolls of toilet paper for the entire week we were there. The towels looked beige. They had plenty parking.
