Hotelito de playa, con la piscina como único servicio adicional, tiene restaurante de buena calidad y precio medio alto. La infraestructura y la limpieza corresponde a un hotelito de playa y no a un hotel que cobra USD 350 por día (sin desayuno). La isla de Molokai parece no querer estar preparada xa el turismo, las indicaciones en las carreteras son casi nulas, la infraestructura para el turismo es pobre. |No volvería a Molokai y menos aún a este hotel

El personal de hotel fue muy able, desde la recepcionista, el housekeeping y El personal de mantenimiento. Yo me quedé en el hotel debido al trabajo y el hotel me ayudó con el envío de equipo pesado. El cuarto tiene un tema isleño, muy bonito.e encantó el servicio y definitivamente me quedaría en el hotel en mi próxima visita.

Unless you stay in a AirBNB this hotel is the only hotel in Molokai. Very basic. Plastic seats at the pool. Hammocks need restringing. food is mediocre. Order a beer. Cocktails are average and wine is overpriced. When I was there the beach access was screened off but other than Kayaking you wouldn’t want to wade in the water.

Amazing staff! And called for an early check in and was helped out by Sonya and she ask me if it was only me , i said no there is my co worker to. My company book the room with one bed , Sonya came in clutch and got us a free upgrade from one bed to two beds. Time to get her a pay raise 🤩 room was clean and neat and will for sure be back. Thanks 🙏🏽 to all the staff and crew members that keep this place well keep and maintain. Much love and aloha. 🤙🏽

Good: The location is conveniently close to town, offering great views, amazing sunsets, well-maintained grounds, and an excellent restaurant. The staff, especially Ellen at the front desk, were fantastic and very helpful.

Bad: The rooms are outdated, as mentioned in other reviews, though they were clean. There were also some bugs in the room. Additionally, the prices are steep, likely because it’s the only hotel in town.

Ugly: The basic principles of hospitality—friendliness, customer service, adaptability, and flexibility—were lacking from the manager and another receptionist present in the afternoons. We requested a grace period of just a few minutes for a late check-out but were charged a fee for a five-minute delay (the listed checkout time was 10 AM, and we checked out at reception at 10:05 AM). While I understand that each hotel has its own policies, one would expect some flexibility from a place that charges $400 per night (incl taxes and fees).

What was truly unacceptable, however, was the manager’s rudeness and condescending attitude. It was shocking to experience such poor hospitality from the manager, considering it is their responsibility to ensure a welcoming experience for tourists. The way we were spoken to made it clear that some people simply shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry if they don’t understand the fundamentals of customer service.

This unfortunate experience and the rudeness we encountered left a bitter taste in an otherwise beautiful trip. That said, Moloka’i itself is truly stunning and the residents were genuinely warm and welcoming. Save your money and consider staying elsewhere, such as an Airbnb or VRBO.
