We had a fantastic stay at horizon hill. The location of the house and the view is truly the star of the show. Additionally Loaina’s hospitality was truly unmatched. We felt at home from the moment we got there late in the evening and she was there to greet us with her husband Jannis. She had prepared sandwiches for us and even little presents like a local marmalade. The house is equipped wonderfully, we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with the amazing view. Everything was very clean, nice European bedding with duvets and the amount of towels that were available were also a perfect touch, giving us the possibility to each use one for the beach and one to shower. The house is very secluded, no one around. The road to get there is pretty rough, but doable with a good car.
And to top off our stay, we had forgotten a pair of shoes at the house after our stay and Jannis brought them to the harbor a week later when we arrived back from a week of staying on Moorea. We wholeheartedly recommend this amazing vacation rental to anyone looking to have a great stay in a place that feels like home away from home.

We stayed at the stunning Horizon Hill for a week and loved every minute of it. The setting is truly stunning. You are surrounded by the rainforest with views of the distant ocean whilst the soothing sounds of nature echo through the valleys. You have incredible fruit trees and hikes on your doorstep, and the house itself is incredibly comfortable with open living and beds that you just don’t want to leave. The whole place has been designed for a calming and tranquil stay and oozes class. If you want to fully immerse yourself in the beauty that is Tahitian nature, then this is your place (you can’t be scared of a few bugs or mosquitos as they are only natural!). The host Loaina and her family were incredibly helpful and accommodating and we hope to see them again in the future. Thank you for creating such a gorgeous home, it’s an absolute gem!

Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux 🙂 le cadre est magnifique et la vue incroyable .... j'ai eu l'occasion de louer cette villa à 2 reprises (pour 'anniversaire de mon fils et un weekend détente) et le service toujours au top ! La maison est spacieuse et tellement chaleureuse.. Tu es entouré de la nature, au petit déj les chants d'oiseaux t'accompagne, c'est tellement apaisant! En plus, des boissons de bienvenus te sont offerts à l'arrivée, juste top Voici quelques photos de mes ptits loups.. JE RECOMMANDE à 100%

Lieu magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur Moorea qui nous donne des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Maison spacieuse et charmante accompagnée d’une grande terrasse avec piscine. C’est un lieu à ne pas manquer lors d’un séjour à Tahiti.

Endroit magique, accueil des plus chaleureux ! C’est un endroit hors du temps, propre simple et chic, en plein cœur de la montagne tahitienne. La vue sur moorea est démente. Moana nous a réservé le plus chaleureux des accueils ! Je ne peux que recommander et espère un jour revenir dans cet endroit merveilleux !!!!
