Espectacular y muy limpio. El personal de excelencia , el desayuno muy bueno. La suit tenía cocina y las camas espectaculares. Llegamos muy tarde cuando vinimos pero el trato de el personal fue excelente. Nos encantó y volveremos otra vez.

Habitación estudio, cómoda.Los elementos para poder calentar y comer algo, muy buenos, tazas y platos de Porcelana, vasos de vidrio, utensilios de metal.
Desayuno, no había pan, increíble, y bajamos a las 8 h.😲

Las instalaciones son nuevas y el mantenimiento es bueno, lanubicacion es perfecta para quienes estén de paso por la zona, la habitación es excelente y permiten buen descanso y el desayuno es bien completo, definitivamente volvería a quedarme en él y lo recomiendo do 100%

Nos quedamos 4 días
1 día la piscina estuvo cerrada
Tuve que matar una cucaracha en la habitación
1 día no hicieron limpieza en la habitación
El desayuno siempre es el mismo y no es fresco son huevos empaquetados y hay que calentarlos en el microondas
Me gustó que tienen 2 grills afuera del lado de la indoor pool y un día había una familia haciendo un barbeque ahí
Pero nadie nos habló acerca de este servicio del hotel

We had to be moved twice. The first room was ice cold and the thermostat didn't work. The second room was also ice cold, but we were able to shut off air. But, the sheets were dirty. Weren't laundered between guests. The third room was fine. I must say the staff at the desk were always very accommodating. We stayed at this location a few years ago with no issues. As we looked around one could tell it's not being well maintained.

Been flying all day. Got to hotel about 9:30pm. Get to my room and as soon as I open the door, cigarette smell and room is very warm even though thermostat showed 68F. I get my bags in place and start to settle in. Go to the bathroom and turn on light, bath mat hanging on shower door had 2 black boot stains on it hanging there for guests to see. I don’t get that. At least try to hide it. So I start looking closely at bathroom and permanent mount soap dish still had soap remnants left over, hairs on shower floor. Was room even cleaned? I turned off thermostat and waited before starting it back up. After 10 mins I turned on AC and waited for it to cool room. Nothing. Went downstairs and told desk clerk what was going on. She decided to call maintenance to get them to room and address the AC issue. I obliged. Went back to room and she tried what I did with AC. Maintenance never showed. Desk clerk put me in another room. Packed my stuff into new room, again ready to settle in as it’s 10:15-10:30pm. Went to lock door and neither the door and door lock would engage. Shut door firmly, even lifting door but nothing. Didn’t want to disturb the other guests. That was it. Grabbed my stuff went to front desk and told clerk I’m going somewhere else. Granted she was nice and helpful and tried but it was getting late and had an early morning. She did state that she had issues with maintenance. Sad thing is hotel seemed new or remodeled but it’s worn out. I like the Hilton brand though not my 1st choice when it comes to hotels. It’s the bad apples that spoil it for the brand. Went across street to Hampton Inn, room is perfect…

The hotel had a problem with their keys... apparently for a few days. The front desk staff all by herself was trying very hard to open the doors to the guests / reopened them when we were back - she was really great, exhausted but did her job very well.||The sleeping rooms were tired looking, dust all over and we did not get a sense of cleanness in the room... it was only 1 night and we were exhausted so decided to stay there.||The worst for us - it is not only this hotel but all Home2Suites by Hilton the complimentary breakfast is what Hilton (all hotels offering breakfast including Hampton Inn) used to offer after COVID - horrible sandwiches... Hampton changed that but not this brand Home2Suites.||I could not believe children eating those sandwiches... nobody seems too happy but it was there so why not to eat. We decided to drive on and stop at the nearest MacDonalds and yes it was way better, good coffee/and decent breakfast for the road.||As a professional in TOURISM - I can say avoid this hotel and avoid that brand - if you like your points with Hilton, stop at a Hampton Inn nearby.||I definitely will not send our business to this hotel and any Home2Suites till they check on their hotels and change that breakfast.||Suites - do not expect real suites... we normally get upgraded to the best room/suites and if this was the best upgrade I do not want to think of the other sleeping rooms.

I made a reservation for March 12, 2025. When my friend and I arrived, there was no reservation made by me. I had been scammed by someone. The desk clerk Tameka Gadson worked to help us get a room. We received a room before our engagement and was able to come back that night to our beautiful, clean and fully accommodating room with everything we needed. Thank God for this young lady everything turned out well. My bank returned my money.
