Just stayed at Home 2 Suites in Hagerstown, MD. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Clean, affordable and friendly.
We were in town for a rugby game and the hotel was gracious to donate travel soap for post game showers. That's going above and beyond. We will stay again the next time we're in the area. Thank you Home 2 Suites.

We made a reservation March 16, 2025 then arrived at the home 2 suites on Saturday March 22,2025 upon arrival, I had me my brother my daughter four of her friends and we were coming from ready set play from her birthday party. This was now the portion of the sleepover for her and her friends were going to swim Before I could even get to the elevator, a gentleman stops me and says are you guys having a party? I had the 3 balloons with me from her birthday party previously I now explain to him that No, we just came from my daughter’s birthday party at ready set play and that my daughter was having a sleepover with her friends here .

I begin to make my way to the elevator and make it back to my room Before I could even get settled into the room, I get a call to my room asking me to come down immediately. So harshly So I paused getting the kids ready to go to the pool and go downstairs to now meet a Mrs. Andrea she spoke to me as if I was a child and not a guest She was very nasty,rude and unprofessional she starts to say to me that “if we have any noise complaints that we will be kicked out immediately” coming into the hotel. We were very quiet very respectful because we are aware of the Hotels policy and you all establishment this wasn’t my first rodeo with staying in a hotel. I also had to talk with my daughter and friends previously to us staying here to let them know How we are to act when we are in an establishment. I think we all know to respect the area Because it’s common courtesy I told her that no one has made a complaint and that we had just gotten here. We hadn’t even been there for more than three minutes. I ensure Miss Andrea that I will try to keep the girls noise level to a minimum. So we didn’t disturb the other guest . Im making my way back up to my room #230 and turning my back to Mrs. Andrea continues the conversation with me she rudely again mentions if there is noise that we will be kicked out no questions asked.

I proceeded to go take the kids to the pool and this was a very busy weekend in particular for the hotel so we were not aware of us not being allowed to take The towels from the pool area there were multiple guests in the pool area before me and the girls could get settled there were no towels for us so I go to the front desk to let them know that there is no towels and the gentleman that stopped me before I could make it to The elevator basically says if there’s no towels, there’s no towels. I’m not sure if this gentleman’s name he was just working at the same hours as Miss Andrea. He then begins to tell me that you’re not allowed to take towels to your room. About three hours later He grabs a few of them out of the dirty basket and then eventually comes back with about two towels when he could obviously see that there are A handful of us once again, being unprofessional and inconsiderate I did not feel that we were treated like Hilton honors guest At all, then, to later on find out that there was blood on the pullout bed there was a sheet already on there we had ants all over. Had the front desk members let me check into my room maybe I would’ve noticed the ants when I checked into my room or the blood But by then it was already like 4 o’clock, so I wanted the kids to swim for as long as possible.

I finally leave the pool area and go to our room. The room that we We’re in was number 230 barely had any towels inside of the room so I called down once again speaking with Miss Andrea and she says “come down and get them”

We were limited for some of the things that we wanted to do with the children because we were so scared that we were going to get kicked out of our room for making the little bit of noise like laughter

They replaced my microwave because it was not working. They even replaced the lightbulbs in my room. Everyone’s been so nice. The breakfast was great. The swimming pool was wonderful. The washing machines and dryer are cheap. Cost at a great workout room. I enjoy this place. I hope you do too.

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed. I loved the little personal touches of all paper products being folded for presentation and seeing my name on the TV. My room was spacious, and I had enough hangers to hang a full week of clothes for work. The office desk in my room moved where I could use it from the bed if I wanted to do so. The kitchenette comes with plates and silverware and bowls. I noticed a sign on the microwave that they have portable skillets available at the front desk. The pool is heated and I haven't seen a laundry and workout space this complete inside a hotel yet. I overslept in the very comfortable king sized bed so I haven't had their breakfast bar yet but when I stopped by to grab to go food, I had plenty to choose from. As for location, I am near EVERYTHING! DOyourself a favor and book this Pet friendly stay today!

Nice welcome by Matthew upon check-in. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is fantastic with shopping and interstate just around the corner.

Booked a one bedroom suite and prepaid. When I got there, they said they didn't have any and gave me an efficiency suite. Would not refund me the difference in cost *because* I prepaid. Only option would have been to cancel for a refund. Tried to explain how this was bad policy, but they did not care.

Other than that, room was average. Breakfast was nice. Location was why we stayed. Would choose somewhere else next time though, as there are many around.
