Stay was exceptional! Cleanliness was outstanding. Great job to all housekeeping staff! Staff were friendly and courteous. This place goes above and beyond by leaving a hand written Thank You card for choosing this place in your room along with a bottle of water and a mini treat.

Continues to be our favorite hotel in El Campo. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds and bedding are always comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This time the breakfast was even better than before. They said they had made a change with adding more wholesome items.

6-21-25 we used the pool. We were overcome with the odor of natural gas. We reported it to an employee that brushed us off. I called the fire dept and they found that a dryer to leaking gas out of the dryer vents which are above the pool. No comp offered. Rebecca would not provide the name and contact Info of the owner. They are deceptive and don’t care about their customers. Stay away from this hotel.

We paid roughly $167 for our room Friday night. The building & room is beautiful and spacious. Mini-fridge wasn’t exactly mini (pretty big), first time I seen a dishwasher inside a room, very luxurious style. As for the customer service, it definitely was not worth $167. Not a fan of them just signing you up for their rewards program without your permission. Didn’t even enter the correct name. I’ve also gotten way more interaction and information from a Motel 6 receptionist… didn’t talk much at all other than ask needed information to check into a room. Had to wander around a bit to find the elevators to our room. Hospitality was a huge let down especially for the price we paid.

This was by far one of the top hotels I stayed at. I am a diamond member and I am impressed. Room was clean, staff was nice and knowledgeable. I like how the cleaning crew wants to clean your room everyday. Breakfast was good. Thank you guys. Wish all hotels would be at this standard.

I had made a reservation to attend a family funeral. I ended up cancelling my reservation 24 hours ahead due to family issues. Well because booking.com and Home 2 suites by Hilton said no such cancellation was given and I was a no show. I lost $210 because of them.

Fabulous hotel with peaceful rooms. Great amenities with all seasonal pool. Great experience. Must recommended 👍🏻
