Luego de muchas horas de manejar por la 75. Decidimos buscar hotel cerca. Encontramos este y lo encontramos limpio. En el front desk nos atendieron bien y su desayuno estuvo súper rico. Su habitación fue espaciosa con camas cómodas.

I’m leaving this review in hopes that this will not happen to another guest…
When I checked in last night, it was perfectly quiet no problems or people at the desk …
I got my keys and went to my room.
However, when I got up this morning, the manager Lisa Bragg rudely told me they did not accept pets and that he needed to go back to the room. I had No idea they didn’t accept pets , I had just checked into the hotel
That night before, and I was told nothing not a word about my dog… Lisa called me a liar and accused me of getting “hostile”
With David the new front desk clerk… insisted I was well informed but forced my dog in there anyway. I was blown away when she told me I was being charged a 250.00 pet fee

They don’t take pets how is there a pet fee?

Also Lisa was very rude cold and continued to call me a liar… I tried to kindly explain to her that I was not informed by David the night clerk Who told her that he was busy and had a line of people when I checked in. I informed her that that was not the case and to check on the cameras and she would see I was the only one in the lobby at the time of check-in. It was very calm he lied again.

Upon leaving, I asked her if I could see the receipt it was not highlighted nor was there anything pointing me to a $250 charge

We had words back-and-forth. Again she was cold accusatory and angry.

Finally, when I was checking out, Ben Smith, the general manager happened to come into the front. I asked him if he had been in there the whole time while we were trying to figure this out and he said partly… he was very rude as well Cold with his mind already made up that I was a “hostile liar” He stepped out. Told me the story about the front desk, clerk again being busy with a line of people again accusing me of lying so anyway nothing was accomplished. The staff was highly incompetent, rude, and needs to be taught A correct way to solve customer service disputes

The hotel needs to have better signs and I don’t care how new the reps are. They need to inform customers every time that there is not a pet fee. It is a $250 cleaning fee. They don’t charge you a pet fee. It is a cleaning fee, which is absolutely outlandish.
I hope this happens to no one else. I hope that they can come up with a solution that brings an end to this…:

I nearly freaked when told at check-in that there are no coffee makers in the rooms! Fortunately the employee said she would bring one to the room with coffee and essentials, and she did so quickly. We thought the lighting in the room and hallways should be brighter. The bathroom floors are extremely slippery when barely damp. We would also like to have a place to hang two hand towels near the bathroom sink, as we prefer not to share. That being said, the location is convenient, the room and bedding were very clean and comfortable, and the service was well above average. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff made me feel welcome upon my arrival. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good nights rest. There are lots of cameras on site to ensure the security of your vehicle and your personal safety. I have stayed at this location on numerous occasions and the customer service is consistently top shelf. Keep up the great work!

staff was nice and gave free room upgrade without asking me. food was good in lobby breakfast. easy on and off the expressway and town had a few restaurants to choose from which were nice. would stay here again when heading to Florida
