Had a lovely stay here! Room was clean! Plenty of towels and pillows! Great breakfast options! Even offering bottled water and Greek yogurt, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, grits, omelets, turkey sausage, fruit etc! The indoor pool looked comfortable enough to go in but we forgot swimsuits and didn’t have time! Overall, lovely for my 1 night out of town stay

I’ve been working in Hinesville for a couple of months and have been staying in this Holiday Inn Express for much of that time. I like IHG hotels and their rewards points plus this location is less than a mile from where I am working so I continue to return even though I’ve legitimately never had a great experience here. I will say that the staff is generally very courteous and well-meaning. I’ll just make a quick list of my biggest complaints: Hot water is sparse. Always lacking soap/bathroom amenities. Weird odors on every floor and in most rooms. Most of the coffee makers aren’t functional. The place is an active renovation. The washer and dryer do not function properly. Have I mentioned the smells? The internet sucks.

After tonight I will not be returning to this particular holiday inn. I’d rather drive an extra 15 mins to the next IHG property. This location is a legitimate dump and IHG should look into how it’s being operated. The breakfast is good, though.

I requested an early check in. It was approved. I like that. The checkin was smooth,friendly and professional.

The room smelled good when we walked in. The room and bathroom was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the HolidayInn in Hinesville Georgia.

We look forward to seeing you in the future.

You need to have the carpet in the room changed. I don’t believe steam cleaning will make the stains go away. The staff should be able to either award some points for the room condition so on our next visit we don’t have this issue

I made my reservation on the fly as my schedule changes abruptly. I was treated with concern and care expressing worry about the reservation not posting to their system from the app. The front desk staff worked with and even allowed me to keep the rate from the email. Man it’s rare to find people who care for their job and the people who frequent said job.

I asked never expecting the response early on the 2nd morning on my way to work if I could grab a snack as breakfast was not yet served. Not only was I given the asked for bagel and peanut butter , the staff requested I tell them what time I leave in the am so as to have something prepared for me.

I say this whole heartedly they made me feel important. Even if I was just a nobody

Rooms are clean, staff is very accommodating, and the ladies that take care of the complementary breakfast are fantastic. I had to stay here for over three weeks for work, and the breakfast has always been great every morning very consistent without fail. Everyone does such a nice job of keeping everything clean and organized. It has really been a pleasure staying here.
