Sparkling clean and quiet hotel! We had a great one night stay. Front desk staff weren’t super friendly, but they checked us in and had our two rooms close to one another already. Breakfast/lounge staff was very friendly and nice to our kids, which was appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay, slept very well in comfortable beds. The rooms are updated with new bathrooms, and sleek modern bedroom fixtures. The lighting options were well thought out, and there was enough storage space for our family. Located right by some good restaurants and stores within walking distance should you like to walk. Pool water was so warm and the kids had a lot of fun in it. Thank you for having us!

Friendly accommodating staff! The only glitch was the heater in our room was very noisy and made even weirder noise when going off…made sleeping tough. Other than that, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were very good. Only thing missing was bread to make toast, even though there was a toaster. Restaurant options adjacent to the hotel. We had a great dinner at the Outback Steakhouse! Overall, a nice respite from our two day road trip south.

We were very impressed with Holiday Inn Express in Hagerstown. This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn and it was wonderful! The staff was welcoming when we checked in and let us check in early which helped us since we had a place to be an otherwise would have to check in at night. The hotel rooms were very clean. The gentleman who took care of the breakfast area was really welcoming and the breakfast was so much better than where we used to stay. We definitely will stay at the Holiday Inn Express going forward. Thank you for your amazing hospitality, Linda Coller

I travel from NJ to FL often. I was so happy to find a reliable, clean and safe place to stop. I hate being in less than desirable places where anyone off the streets can walk in unlocked entrances. I felt extremely safe and your establishment.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom and shower were clean and shower was amazing, good water pressure and lots of hot water.
