Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were some of the kindest and most caring people we've ever encountered at a hotel.

The breakfast buffet was full of delicious foods. No matter how late we slept in, it was always fully stocked and fresh, which made mornings so easy and enjoyable for our family.

But the best part of our stay was definitely the trains. We had the suite closest to the tracks, and our kids were thrilled to watch the trains pass by right from our window. It was such a unique and special experience that we’ll never forget.

If you're visiting Jesup and are a train enthusiast, this is the perfect place to stay. Amazing staff, great food, clean, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Our November 2024 stay was pleasant because the room was clean and comfortable and the staff members were extremely friendly. We were disappointed because my phone reservation with someone who was not in Jesup made two errors.

He said our room was accessible with bars in the tub and a shower stool. It had one bar and no stool. He also accidentally made reservations for two rooms which I discovered when we got to the hotel. The local staff straightened out the reservation issue quickly; they had no room available with a stool in the tub.

There were two elevators; however, one was out of service most of our stay. The one we used had a strong chemical smell.

I thought the nightly price was rather high compared with the costs of many other motels and hotels I have visited.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient.

We stayed here during a snow storm and was just so amazed and thankful for the level of help and service from the staff. The evening clerk, Jacob, was so accommodating and went above and beyond by going out in the snow to look for an outside receptacle for us to plug in our Tesla charger. Which he found!! And the next morning at 5 AM, Christy, was not only running the front desk, but also preparing breakfast for the guest. She even made extra food that was not only hot & plentiful but extra delicious like it was made with love. It really made all the difference in our stay especially considering it was during a snowstorm and these employees made it in to work with icy roads and didn’t call out!!! 10 stars for sure due to the amazing staff.

We were able to get a room at the last minute and thank goodness for that. We had check out 2 motels before this one and just did not like the way they looked from the outside so them and I'm so grateful for them, great ppl working their, very clean and a great breakfast.

Absolutely excellent! The staff everywhere was so gracious and kind and helpful! Everyone seemed to love being at their job and didnt mind helping anywhere. Rooms were very spacious and clean, all systems worked well, they had a substantial hot breakfast and beautiful sitting areas as well as small pool and exercise facility. Area seemed safe. They offered late check out to members, and they were reasonably priced. Would book again!

Everyone was friendly, place was clean with only the elevator slight musty smell. But as your only on it for a few seconds it is not a biggie. Room well stocked, clean and beds were very comfortable. My first time at a IHG motel and if they are all like this I will definitely be using them in the future. Management handled my only issue promptly and with so much kindness. Note the issue was my fault as I left an outfit in the closet, but was available for me to pick up the very next morning thanks to Jeff.

By far, this is the nicest hotel offering in Jesup. I was surprised, however, at how shoddy the finishing details were and how worn out this hotel looked after only being open slightly over a year. There was trim peeling off the walls, the carpet in common areas was visibly dirty. The toilet paper rack in our room was falling off the wall. The caulking work in the bathroom was very sloppy. There were already rust stains in the shower. I know that the hotel gets their breakfast food processed in bags from corporate because their is no way that sausage gravy was made by anyone from Georgia. The kitchen staff did come in at 3am two nights we were there and made homemade caramel apple bread pudding, so that was a HUGE BONUS.

I also know that all of the hotels in Jesup are used hard during the week by the workers who come in to work at the plant....so maybe this is just how it is. Its still the cleanest, nicest place to stay in Jesup by a landslide.

Very professional staff, they care that you have a good stay. Rooms are great, able to relax from a long day. I would recommend this place to anyone that is traveling. My stay was very comfortable.
