Highpointe by Pulte Homes

Last spring my husband and I visited Highpointe, and we were blown away by the beautiful model homes and innovative floor plans. We met with sales agent, Mario LoGiacco. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. After we decided to build a home in Highpointe, Mario was there to assist us every step of the way. He reached out to us many times throughout the process and was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns that we had. Mario’s professionalism and friendly demeanor make him a valuable asset to the Pulte team.

We visited the Pulte Homes Highpointe development and met their sales consultant, Mario LoGiacco. He does a great job representing Pulte, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of purchasing a new home there. Of course their were a lot of details to cover in making a purchase like this, and Mario was very thorough with all the options the buyer gets to make. He makes sure the customers understand everything ahead of their purchase commitment, so there will be no surprises. Mario was quick to follow-up with any of our emails or phone calls, and did everything he could to make the sale as comfortable as possible. I would most certainly want to keep Mario working for me if I were president of Pulte!

For us, the Pulte experience was a great one! From sales, financing, design/selection, walkthroughs, to the finished product the whole team was fantastic, very easy to work with, and the experience enjoyable. We curiously walked in, initial interaction with Mario L. who gave us a tour, showed models, and drove us around what was, then, just a huge and empty dirt field. From that point on, anytime we needed anything Mario was the man who either had the answer for us or the one who would make things happen. Our construction managers, Windy L. and Jonny C. were outstanding. They promptly returned phone calls and emails, kept us up to date at every step throughout the whole building process, addressed our concerns, and resolved issues when there were any. But, a special thanks to you Jonny C. for all the time and effort you put into ensuring the final product was as flawless as possible and much to our liking. We could have not asked for a better team to help us navigate this process and bring our home to life! You guys rock!!!

Easiest experience I’ve had as a first time home buyer after looking at different communities. Daniela is fantastic! Extremely excited to live here once my home is built! Just be mindful that to get good furnishings you’ll need to put an extra $25-50K into the house. Plus the lot premium (up to $100-200k lot depending)

I went to tour the new neighborhood and the models were stunning! All the staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. I really like that they offer different floor plans and prices to work with all budgets. All the different amenities to come are going to be a great addition to the neighborhood and I can't wait for it to be done.

Homes are going to be nice but the whole property is right up against the Florida turnpike. You can hear the sound of the cars and trucks even from the furthest point in the community not to mention the pollution that would surround you 24/7. Better off looking for a better location unless you like noise, soot everywhere and air pollution.
