Highlands Senior living in Jefferson, Georgia is one of the best senior living facilities. I’ve seen clean responsible, respectable staff always willing to provide what is needed for the residents. The ED Amanda Strickland is one of the best in the business. Her residence come first, then her staff and she is always there to back them up and give a lending hand if needed. Her staff responds in the same way always willing to give you the time they have to provide what your loved ones are needing. I would recommend Highland senior living. Highland Senior living really cares about their residents.

Very caring and loving community!! Amanda goes above and beyond to make every "Family Member" (aka resident) feel loved, respected and welcomed! And that's because she treats them like they are her own family member! She has wonderful staff that shares in her beliefs of bringing each and every "Family Member" into their new home (The Highlands)!

A special shout-out to Katelyn in the business office—she has been extremely helpful and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such a warm and supportive environment.

I have been working at this facility since it opened some 25 years ago and have seen many changes. The recent management changes have been such a positive thing within the organization!
