We had a 3-person spa package treatment with an add-on of toe-polish. We all really enjoyed the overall experience. The wet sauna was nice and hot! The leg message portion was great. The leg scrub became dry towards the end. The body massage was awesome! I had no complaints at all. My friend had told her masseuse to focus on one area and she said it only lasted about 5 minutes and wish it was longer. Last in our package was where the other two had toe polish added. One was quick and did great. The other took about 45 minutes to apply gel. This was 30 minutes longer than expected so we had to cancel our little bite to eat before hitting the road to keep to our timeline. Additionally, our check out process was very awkward. We didn’t know we needed to add gratuity to the amount prior to running our card, so when we split between two (as it was a birthday for the third), it ended up with gratuity all on one person. Also, when trying to tell them how much gratuity to charge, they tried adding $400 on an $625.00 visit. Thank goodness my bank thought it was fraud and wanted me to confirm the charge! I had to re-explain TWICE that only $X amount should be charged. Overall, I would go back! I would just ensure our communication is more clear. In fact, I think I will plan a couple trip with the hubs!

My hair is always grown out and hot mess when I go in every 6 months. Sarah is a magician with colors and cuts. I have been to other salons and by far this is the best. Personable with the whole experience and very welcoming! For sure my go to for all hair care needs

I got an exfoliate and massage from Promise and she did a wonderful job! She cared about my needs and was very kind. I felt amazing afterwards. The place was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

Love the ‘new’ CDA location! Had an amazing facial and then was pampered with a pedicure. Our estheticians and nail techs were awesome! Thank you Highlands Day Spa for a fantastic afternoon helping celebrate my daughter’s birthday!

I received a pregnancy massage from Cailey and a pedicure from another lady.
Next time I will go to the Post Falls location to avoid searching for parking for 20 minutes lol.
I believe Cailey said she usually works at the Post Falls location which is awesome.
My massage was WONDERFUL. The energy was comfortable and the massage itself was delightful. I loved how she placed the pillows in front of me and between my legs as I laid on my side. It made the massage pleasant for someone who is 34 weeks pregnant like myself.
My pedicure was lacking but the conversation was amazing. I would’ve enjoyed a better foot massage incorporating the toes and also a better callous removal. One thing I love about pedicures is a mask with hot towels which wasn’t a thing. The pedicure gal was very friendly and even offered to refresh the pedi water. She did well massaging my calves and middle of the bottoms of my feet. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next. ☺️

Very disappointed with this spa! First if all i booked a spa special for me and my daughter in law for her birthday. When we arrived it was very nice. Then they showed us where to change and put our clothes while we wait for our massage therapist. Let us know that we could use the sauna if we had our bathing suits which we did not bring because when you book an appt they don’t tell you anything they just want your credit card! Also my daughter in law during the massage did not get her hair mask that was included point being your spending around 700.00 for a package that you think your going to get what you pay for but you don’ t. Also i was told to email the manger which i did only to never hear back they don’ t care they just want your money. My advice go to a different spa!
