I met a highly inspiring team here. Kristie and team are super nice and made my journey a smooth sail towards fruition. Kristie’s leadership is filled with excellence. Rare finds and a power. Edna, Gina, Kim, Lonnie, Josh, the whole Highland Homes Team is incredible! They are so welcoming, and informative. This was our first build we have done. It was a very pleasant experience from start to even now, a year later. Everyone is so kind, friendly, professional, helpful and supportive. Warranty issues have been addressed and fixed right away. They respond right away. They are genuine and truly want you to be happy with your home. Customer Service is top notch.

I can’t say enough good things about the Highland Homes team in Pecan Square. Edna, Kim, and Lonnie did a wonderful job start to finish, and then some. The team is super personable, professional, and easy to work with. We have built many homes but have never had a builder go above and beyond like this Highland Homes team. And the communication throughout the entire build process was absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t love our Highland Home more!!!

Kim, Edna, Doug, Jet (and the rest of the Team) are so professional, kind, helpful, and fabulous to work with - from the very beginning through closing day.
