Best finance office I have ever visited very knowledgeable, and understanding. They explained our pay system runs off of a pay system from 1965.

I am outraged and appalled by the lack of professionalism and responsibility by this Finance Office. In my 20 years of service, I've dealt with some terrible Finance offices, but Hickam definitely takes the cake! When I retired from the Air Force, I submitted my travel vouchers from my final destination. Not only were they unresponsive to my emails and phone calls, they failed to file my voucher properly. I have tried to file my voucher correctly several times and they still are unable to successfully complete it. Meanwhile, the credit card company is throwing late payment after later payment onto my account. Now, since they are so unresponsive and unreliable, I've had to resort to asking the Finance Office at Joint Base Andrews for help. I CANNOT believe there are people in our Air Force that operate this way. That command should absolutely be ashamed and find a way to fix this!

absolutely terrible, they are almost impossible to get ahold of, calling is a waste of time because you just get a long message about going to the portal, and it takes days to weeks for inquires to be looked at. very frustrating especially when I'm not able to come in for their ridiculous hours you guys. I wish I could leave negative stars

Horrible! They are only open 3 days out the week. From 1100-1300? What is that? They need to re adjust the hours to normal hours.

Update! They adjusted the hours from 1100-1500! So much better!!
