Couldnt ask for a better neighborhood.

Raydient seriously put some money and care into this development and the best is yet to come. Grocery, schools, restaurants and retail, and neighborhood amentities all right off I95.

I used to live in downtown savannah and wouldn't go back.
Funny enough, commuting to pooler is actually faster due to being immediately off 95.

People in this community are amazing.

The build quality has been exceptional.

We were skeptical about moving into a new construction home and really didn’t know what to expect from the process, as it was our first time buying a new construction home. We’ve always been the type to prefer being in the city and older homes with more “charm”.

However, after a year of living at Heartwood and going through the warranty process, I am so glad we made the decision to move here. The amenities are wonderful, there are tons of families with kids, and we got so much more space and updates for our dollar than we would have in Savannah.

The location is so convenient to travel in the low country area and we love our neighbors! Everyone is friendly and eager to get to know each other. This was huge for us as a military family that has to move all the time. There are multiple events each month and the home values keep going up!

We worked with Steve in the sales office to purchase the home and he was wonderful (still is actually!). He’s very knowledgeable on Pulte and Centex products, patient, and is an honest and down to earth salesman, which is hard to come by!

Sonia was our home warranty point of contact and we were BLOWN AWAY with how well she took care of us during the first year of repairs.

If you’re on the fence, just do it. You will not regret it.

Our family moved to house at Heartwood 2 weeks ago.
I am quite satisfied with communication and works with Mr. Steve Kelly. He friendly explained and made what I asked clear. I am pretty sure his assistance helped me make a decision to build a great house at Hearwood. Mr. Steve Kelly is professional and friendly while I communicated with him.

I would highly recommend Mr. Steven Wood, Construction Manager. He was a very experienced manager and meticulous. He completed what my wife and I asked before closing. I strongly believe his hard works let us live in a perfect house. We really appreciate his hard works.

I believe Pulte are responsible for homes they build. Their warranty on house is amazing.

We like neighborhood and are very excited to see the development near to Heartwood.

Can’t wait to live here. Steve is a pleasure to deal with in the sales process. Such a welcoming community of broad diversity. This AMENTITIES…that pool and clubhouse…are nicer than some resorts’. Our baby will love growing up with that playground. We can’t wait for Friday night movies on the lawn. Definitely check this place out.

Also. To the poster below mad someone asked if he lived there. There were like 12 families living there, of course they all knew each other and were genuinely curious if he lived there and hadn’t met. I would be too.

I went to look at homes, and upon my arrival was greeted by two realtors, lenders, whatever their titles. One was VERY SWEET AND KIND. Her name was BROOKE RANDOLPH, I highly recommend working with her. However, Steve was not so friendly. He looked as if I didn’t belong in that neighborhood, and as if he was DISGUSTED that I was there. I am minority, and I’m pretty sure that’s the reasoning behind his distasteful looks. I wish I knew his last name, but Steve you know who you are. I am not pleased with this man’s behavior. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, but if you’re a person of color, or possible another minority, you may be uncomfortable living in this area. I definitely won’t be returning, or ever try to doing business with any company that he’s involved in.

I came to visit friends who are currently living here. I decided to change my child’s diaper at the community pool and was met by some concerned citizen asking if we lived in the neighborhood. As someone who is potentially looking to buy a home here, I am genuinely saddened by the questioning I received. No resident would like to be questioned as to why they are using a facility. Maybe it was the fact that I am a minority and my wife was Caucasian. Deeply disappointed with this community. Won’t recommend to any minority looking to relocate to this home.

We are very happy with our Pulte built house and the Heartwood neighborhood as a whole! Very exciting to see new neighbors coming in and for the location to become a large, well kept neighborhood!
