First time going and had a very great experience. At first I had a problem getting in because I guess I wasn’t showing up as an adult and wasn’t able to get in (I’m 06) so I didn’t think to much of it. Soon as I left not even 3 minutes after I get a call from them saying they were sorry about the mistake and asked to please come back. I was so pleased that they reached me back asap, (especially since I had a preorder) i was then attended by Regquez afterwards and he made the whole transaction very positive and was very polite and respectful. We even joked about what had happened. Very satisfied and will be returning .

Jay not only remembered me from my two previous visits, he remembered what I’d purchased last time, then took time to locate the items I bought today. He did all these things in a warm, friendly, relaxed way. Super service.

Always a great atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. I have to shout out Jay as he always goes above and beyond and makes sure your experience is great! Even when he isn't waiting on you he's super friendly.

This is my go to dispensary. Not 5 stars, because I don’t give 5 stars unless I’m blown away. Close enough to 5 though. Staff is very nice and professional and the whole shop is well put together. Very easy to purchase online then just pick up inside. Street parking is not too bad. There are often discounts and there are no extra fees (except a 1.50 card fee)

Always a great atmosphere when I come in. Every since I found this place I have never looked back. I used to go to i71 compliant places in DC but found i couldn't trust the products. But H4L has never failed me on the quality of products they have.
