Upon arriving room seemed very clean and up-to-date. What gets me is there was no table to eat at the refrigerator barely fit anything in it. The shower has no curtain on it so water gets sprayed all over the bathroom floor. and there was three garbage cans, not a bag opened and installed. I had to do it.

Room was exactly as it showed in the pictures! Clean, quiet and charming!
Location is excellent as there are plenty of places to walk to and eat and things to do in downtown Hartwell, but quiet at night. Bathroom was larger than most typical hotel bathrooms with large walk-in shower and shower rain head.
While no one actually works on the property, we did run into the housekeeper. She was extremely friendly and offered to get extra supplies if needed. Check in/ check out is as simple as it get! Property manager allowed us to get into the room a bit earlier than scheduled. Will definitely stay at the Hartwell Suites on our return visits!

Room was exactly as it showed in the pictures when booking. Easy checkin/checkout. Room was very clean, bathroom was nice with large shower and rain shower head, and the mattress was very, very comfortable. |Over all room was so charming! Especially, the exposed old brick accent wall. |Room overlooked sidewalk so our cat loved sitting in the deep window seat in the sun and watching the view outside. Definitely cat (pet) approved!|Will certainly stay again!|Finally, host and staff we encounter were ALL very very friendly and helpful!

Very nice room in the heart of downtown Hartwell. Very quiet for the location. Room was comfortable and the decor was very modern. Easy walk to local shops and the Southern Hart distillery. Parking was on the street but other than that, it was the perfect place.

My wife and I planned a last minute getaway to Hartwell. We found this boutique hotel on VRBO. We loved this place! It is located in the downtown historic district close to several restaurants. There’s also several really nice parks in the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed in Suite 3, I travel a lot but this is one of the cleanest room I ever stayed, The location was PERFECT. Right in the middle of downtown Hartwell, close to restaurants, Southern Hart Brewing, and Common Grounds Coffee, everything was walking distance. Also, I didn't hear any road/pedestrian noise. My room was very quiet. I loved the decor and the smart furniture choices as well. The management team was responsive and it was a great experience. I highly recommend to everyone who’s looking for place to stay for comfort and safe.👍

The suites were wonderful! The decor was so well done and beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. We had a kitchenette in our suite and that was nice to make coffee and keep our leftovers in the fridge. |Our unit also had a private patio where our family members got together for an adult beverage. We were very happy with everything:)
