Trista is absolutely amazing—so friendly and kind! She takes the time to explain what she’s using and the benefits of each product. My experience was incredible, and my skin felt amazing afterward. I even got so many compliments on how glowing it looked! I’ll definitely be back to see her soon.

My wife got me a 3 month membership recently, which comes with 3 massages. We have actually used this place before, a couple of years ago we did a couples massages. Have always had a great experience. The front desk is very helpful in getting you scheduled, going over safety procedures and getting your paperwork filled out. They always will offer you a drink as well. I had 3 different masseuses, all were well trained and knowledgeable. I have a frozen shoulder and they all worked on it in different ways. I always left feeling I got my moneys worth of kneeding out balls of stress in my body. Easy in and out location. Can't go wrong with this location.

I have been to Hand and Stones all over VA - Andy is the best masseuse I have found by far. I can finally move my neck/shoulder blade without pain after 5 years. Physical therapists couldn’t even come close to achieving that. Even his presence is calming. The front desk staff has always been friendly and kind. And the site is consistently clean. This location is 100% the best.

I just had my first facial at Hand and Stone Glen Allen and it did not disappoint. Everyone from check in to check out was friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I booked a facial with Katie (Katherine). She is very lovely, sweet calming and knowledgeable. I find it hard to relax, but I felt noticeably relaxed by the end of this facial. My skin is glowing, and Katie helped me develop a routine to continue to improve my skin. I will definitely return to this location and to see Katie in the future.

Due to a genuine mistake, I ended up going to the Short Pump location instead. I had received a message from the team at 8:45 AM the morning of my appointment , but unfortunately, I missed reading it as I was working. I realized the mix-up just before my appointment and immediately called the Glen Allen spa at 10:39 AM to inform them I was at the wrong location and won’t be able to make it to 10:45 am appointment in time. To my surprise, the staff member I spoke with made no effort to assist or suggest I still come in, even though your policy allows for a grace period. Instead, I was charged a no-show fee of $80. Despite requesting a call back from the manager the same day, I heard nothing for several days. When I finally followed up and spoke with someone five days later, I was told the provider still needed to be paid and I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund, credit, or gift card. Had the staff been courteous and simply informed me I could still come in — even if a few minutes late — this entire situation could have been avoided. After multiple calls and follow-ups, I am still left without any resolution or refund, which I feel is completely unfair and contradicts your own stated policies.
