I had a lovely experience here. The technicians are very nice and gentle and not judgmental at all. My hair has never felt this clean and treatment is actually very relaxing. We could put on any show we wanted and the products really felt like they actually work rather than forking out money to over the counter products that don’t do anything but put a hole in your wallet

5 stars always! Clean, amazing customer service and my kids always leave with their hair feeling 100% better. I was so embarrassed to book an appointment when I saw a bug in my daughters hair. I took her in the next day & she was treated. They let her pick a move out during the heated vacuum (as she called it) & the through combing session. Very through, very effective treatment. 10/10 recommend these ladies! They give you a check list of home items to clean & peace of mind.

I was elated to find this clinic and hear the owner Melody’s comforting voice on the other end of the line when my daughter caught head lice! Ugh!! Mary Lou the technician was welcoming and so gentle with my daughters tender head.
They checked my hair to make sure I didn’t have any lice as well. Provided me supplies to clean my car so she wouldn’t be reinfected on the way home and a check sheet for cleaning my house.
The clinic is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My daughter was able to watch a movie she chose and was provided snacks during the procedure.
They accomplished in and hour and a half something that would have taken me days! And it saved me and her a big fight and her a lot of pain!
She left bug free, with clean shampooed, conditioned and blown out hair!!
Money well spent!! (Very affordable)

The staff is super wonderful and they make you feel almost as if you are having a spa day lol! They let the kids pick movies to watch while having the treatment done which was awesome. They also have snacks, drinks and activities as well. You almost forget why you are there. The staff were simply a joy and made everyone feel relaxed. Thank you guys!
