I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Hagadone Marine Group! Their team truly went above and beyond to rescue us from a major breakdown this year.

From the initial dispatch of a tow boat to get us back to shore, to Ryan's persistence in navigating the Malibu Warranty department, and Ashley's seamless coordination of the service process, every aspect was handled with professionalism and care.

The magnitude of the repair required a complete engine replacement. The workmanship was top-notch, and our boat is running great!

I purchased a boat from Hagadone Marine in October and initially had a great experience with the sales and support team. I was happy with the boat, especially since I purchased it sight unseen, as I live in Oregon and Hagadone is in Idaho. Everything seemed smooth until several months later when I received a notification that I needed to submit paperwork and pay fees to the DMV and Marine Board.

Unfortunately, none of this was disclosed to me during the buying process. To make matters worse, Hagadone charged me $500 for a documentation fee—yet I’m the one who had to handle all the paperwork and pay for the registration. When I called Hagadone to discuss this issue, there was no assistance offered, and it was clear they didn’t care.

For a business as big as Hagadone, $500 might not seem like much, but as a customer, I expected transparency and support. If you're purchasing a boat from Hagadone and don't live in Idaho, be prepared to handle the registration and fees yourself. Unfortunately, their documentation fee doesn’t seem to cover any of that.

While the initial experience was positive, the lack of follow-through and care for the customer experience has left me very disappointed.

After having my boat worked on for 3 weeks with no positive results, I towed my boat to Hagadone. Their communication was very professional. They got it fixed within a couple days. When I went to test it, it still had a problem, they immediately got me back in. After a little more time they found out the problem. What I appreciated most with Hagadone is their detailed reporting on work done. It included itemized checklist, pictures and videos. Cherie and Colton were the face of Hagadone for me and they were very pleasant and professional the whole time!

Bought our Cobalt at Hagadone Marine ten years ago. We continue to have them service and store the boat every year. This spring had a full detail and the results are outstanding. Hagadone has expanded dramatically over the past several years and they still do a great job despite the increase in customers. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Will continue to have them service this boat until I'm ready to buy a new one!

We had a great boat buying experience with Hagadone. They really go above and beyond to make you happy. Preston was our salesman and he did a fantastic job from start to finish and beyond.

My wife and I were looking at a few different boats but were in no rush to buy. Preston never once pressured us to buy right away. We liked one boat but weren't sure on it. We asked him if anyone else was looking at it, cause we liked it and didn't want it to be bought out from under us. An unscrupulous salesman would say yes, there's others looking at it, better buy now! Preston was honest and said it was just us looking at it. That showed us how honest he was. Preston sold that boat without any high pressure sales tactics, just in depth knowledge of the boats and great customer service.

Even after we bought the boat, Preston was still helping us out. He let us use their sales dock to keep our boat at for a short time so we could take it out and enjoy it before it was winterized. By this point his job was done, he made the sale. But he continued to help us and make sure we got to enjoy our boat as much as possible.

Thanks to Preston Hagadone has a customer for life. We'll continue to buy our boats from Hagadone, use Hagadone for our maintenance and winter storage, and rent a slip from Hagadone, all thanks to Preston.

We absolutely love the convenience of keeping our boat at Hagadone Marine Quick Launch. The staff at quick launch is outstanding. They are super friendly and very helpful. We can’t wait until spring and can back out on lake CDA.

Update - another 5-Star for Hagadone: My cruiser was having a fuel starvation issue on one engine just days before the upcoming holiday weekend. Was sure our holiday boating plans were 'sunk'. Called Cherie Boyer our service advisor and she dispatched Techs Dennis and Donovan who quickly ascertained the issue and got my starboard engine up and running again quickly. From the time I called Cherie to leaving the marina fully functional again was less than 4 days. One again - I'm impressed. It feels to me like Hagadone is working hard to reestablish trust with our boating community here on CDA. I'm very happy with the result.

Preston Scott - in boat sales - was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my boat purchasing process - and even assisted me in selling my previous boat! 5-Stars for excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
