I was visiting Charleston on Spring break and wanted to stop into Gucci. Me and my boyfriend worked with Desiree and she was very knowledgeable and the sweetest. She helped my boyfriend choose the perfect sneaker and explained the differences between the sneakers. I was looking at bracelets and made the process super simple to have it shipped to me. I definitely recommend working with Desiree if you need anything!

Have a couple of thousand dollars to spend then stop by and enjoy. As others have said the store is rather small and the selections leaves something more to be desired. Overall I found what I was looking for at a decent price and will be back in the future for other items they have. The sales associate was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

You’re not treated very well when buying items, they don’t really care. And I went to return a ring that was worn for about 30 minutes? To show a friend and we decided it was too cheap looking for the price, they wouldn’t take it back because they said the “bar was curved” that slides onto your finger. That’s the only way to get the ring on? It’s cheaply made and very flimsy which is why I’m returning it, so if it is bent from barely wearing it to try it then that is a production problem. Will be contesting with my credit card but this was a waste of time, parking and money.
