If I was able to leave zero stars. trust me I would've. Don't go to this company. They are the worst for the world and almost blew up our engine in our vehicle, and that they almost killed us by knocking the fuel line off when they took the head cover off the engine, then they had the nerve to put silicone on it with thinking that we would not notice it, and the fuel smell was pouring into the air conditioning vents, and than it caught fire while we were driving on I-40 westbound. Luckily it did not blow up and kill us because Layla's family is back east when this took place. This happened on Mother's Day. We could've all been dead. Layla called the corporate office because Christopher the area manager was not calling her back and making contact with her to resolve the issue that they created with the huge mess they did with our car and leaving oil everywhere and even going in the alternator and they refused to clean up the mess altogether and fix the car that they never fixed in the first place and charging almost $1300 and then Layla having to take it to the Ford dealer and having to pay another over $1000 for them to fix this business's mess up.So anyway, low and behold, the vice president of the company answers named John Jamison. The phone did not go well at all and all he did was lecture her calling her out as a liar with us listening while it was on speakerphone. The next time, he called her then he screaming and yelling at her on the phone. I was blown away and in disbelief of what I heard. "Whatever happened to the saying that a customers always right? " Apparently with this company it doesn't exist. Be careful think twice before you go here. If I were you, I would take your car to the dealership of whomever manufactured it. Don't go here. You will seriously regret it.

Greulich’s claimed to have changed the injectors and the vehicle continued to have the same issues, however when the Master Mechanic at Horne Mazda in Avondale accessed the engine he said the injectors were not new, which is not what I was charged for and told, therefore I would like reimbursement of $1,167.39 which is what was charged for said injectors.
The guys in the shop seem nice enough however on the flip side much like many other Maintenance shops there is a lack of customer care going on.
I would not recommend this shop

Had an oil change done a few months ago and the service was quick and efficient! Just had a coolant flush done as well and I appreciate the thoroughness, clarity and transparency of the techs here. Great customer service too. It’s been hard finding an Auto place that is trustworthy and reliable and I finally found it with Greulich’s. Will definitely be going back for continual car maintenance. ?

These guys are the best! Thank you Brandon and your team for being true to your word and doing such an amazing job!! Allowing me to order my own part literally saved me over $500 and I am so thankful! My family recommended you rather than taking my car to the dealer and I was so happy I did. You have a customer for life!

I'm leaving 3 stars because their customer service was fantastic but watch out on their prices. I went in for an oil change and during the inspection process they found some problems. They quoted me $4,000 to fix those problems i said no and took it home. My husband ordered the parts online they were only $500 and then took it to a neighborhood mechanic who did the work for $350. They are upcharging an insane amount. I understand labor costs money but over $3,000 just for labor is ridiculous.

Every time I come in they are always super cool, they explain everything to me in a way I can understand (since I know nothing about cars), they also are excellent when it comes to working on my car. Just had a few things done to my car and I couldn’t be happier to have brought it here. I’ve always had issues with a lot of shops just being greedy and also not explaining things to me or simply just charging me extra or telling me I need other things just because I’m a woman going in without a clue about cars. I’m glad I found a place that actually wants you to understand what you’re dealing with and how to look out for future problems. They are fair with their prices and always were able to fit me in as soon as I needed. I highly recommend all of them. I’ve had help from Chris, Brandon, and Ryan and all of them are so incredibly nice and welcoming. Will be returning my car to keep up to date with things!! Thank you to the whole staff and all the mechanics ?

Gabe has been my tech on several occasions at this location and his workmanship has been top notch. He was recently transferred and not to sure why. The shop runs relatively well and the team seems well coordinated. I like the work they do. They just recently raised their labor rates to almost $200/ hr which in my honest opinion is outrageous considering the techs don't make even 1/4 of that for gross pay. I understand profit, but wow.

If I could leave 6 stars I would.

I took my 2017 Chevy Impala in to get a second opinion when I was quoted 1,300$ from a store across the street to replace the Canister Purge Valve and a right side cylinder head gasket. It turns out that that was not correct and I only needed to replace my Canister Purge Valve.

it turned into a 260$ fix with an oil change. The other company I went to I feel tried to take advantage of me and the nice guys over here helped me out as I did not have 1,300$ to spend.

I can not recommend this store enough, will be coming back for repairs I can not do myself!
