Ginza Hibachi

Fui el domingo 8 de diciembre a comer en este lugar a celebrar mi aniversario con mi esposa y el servicio fue pésimo la mesera tenia mala actitud al apresurarnos a pedir sin dejar poder ver bien a mi esposa el menú, además tomo mi orden mal porque yo pedí steak con cordero y ella escribió steak con langosta, a lo que yo soy alérgico creando me una reacción por la cual tuve que tomar un medicamento y dañando el resto de celebración de aniversario. Fue una lástima porque he ido otras veces y el trato fue mejor. Espero y vuelvan a la calidad que nos tienen acostumbrados.

I placed an order on the phone and was told it would be 25 mins till done. I show up and they don’t even have my order in the system. I waited and this is what I got. Don’t know why the food was cold considering it takes me 5 mins to drive there and back yet it’s not hot. barley and shrimp but all rice. The bag was also covered in sauce aswell. The rice on the sushi is soggy and looked like they rushed to get it done. They also wasn’t busy either when I came in only 2 people were eating inside and that was it. Spent over $50 at Ginza and this is what I get. Don’t eat here unless you want your food to be sloppy and cold. This is disgusting.

Food was phenomenal! Hands down genuine service. We were the only people in the restaurant at 2:22 on a Monday, and was served with excellent service. My family of 5 was well entertained. The cook was extremely kind and made everything very well. The lunch portions were beyond expectations. Everyone left full and with a take-out box. The fried rice had the perfect flavor. My son said the vegetables were his favorite out of all the hibachi restaurants we've been to. Skip shogun that place is many stars below Ginza. We will be returning very soon. Keep up the great work!

First time at the establishment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, this includes the bathroom. The food was very good. I got the steak and salmon, chicken, pot stickers, salad and soup. A lot of food for the $.
