I have been with Gardiner Family Medicine for "MANY" YEARS. I HAVE "NEVER" considered leaving their practice even though I live a bit of a long distance.
DOCTOR LIEGNER has been my doctor..."I TRUST HIS MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE 100%. The other VERY IMPORTANT thing that matters to me is "HE DOESN'T JUST LISTEN" TO MY MEDICAL CONCERNS...HE "HEARS" MY CONCERNS "and" gives me time to address them. Before I leave he has ALWAYS taken the time to review and answer my questions and concerns.
The other thing I have ALWAYS been happy about is the kindness of ALL the staff!!

Granted, I am new, but have nothing but good things to say about Gardiner Family Medicine. Now that I've read the reviews, I probably should be a little concerned - knock on wood - but I think they're great. I am new to the area and had difficulty finding a PCP but they got me in right away on a Telehealth appointment to "get me in the system" and then scheduled a live follow up. I am used to having an actual doctor, but was assigned a PA, but was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge level and level of care. It wasn't my annual, just a follow up regarding meds, but when I voiced my concerns and we reviewed some testing I was overdue for, they got me in for bloodwork and a mammogram on site within a half hour. I got the bloodwork results back the next day via the online portal and the following day, they called to discuss. So far, I am very impressed with them.

I have been going there for years and never had any problems with them but recently I was informed that because I was a no call no show (It was their fault..I never received any phone calls or email saying I had an appointment) I can't get my pain medicine anymore and I have been on it since 2003! Needless to say I am switching to another doctor. I suffer from Chronic pain and my pain is way over a 10! Patients shouldn't be punished for the mistakes of the clinic.. Wouldn't recommend this place. It's gone downhill.

We have been with this practice for a few years now and continually find incompetent to be the key term used to express how we feel about them. Issues with appointments, vaccination, and making a great mother feel inadequate. We are moving our family to Martin's Point in Brunswick, the two star rating I see on Google for this office confirms my own thoughts, get better Nurses, or at least get a real doctor.

Very long wait, only to realize that the receptionist told the nurse I left. No one even called my name. This place seems disorganized and not very welcoming compared to other offices.

I'm sick of waiting an hour to be seen. It doesn't matter if I'm literally the first person through the door. I wake up at 4am so it's not hard for me. Or an hour wait just for lab work.

I recently switched from my PCP of 10+ years to Gardiner Family Medicine. I switched for many reasons, the biggest reason being the quality of care. Since working with Gardiner Family Medicine, I have been more than satisfied with the quality of care they have provided for me. Their patient portal is an amazing tool which I have utilized and have to say I am impressed with the response time! I am definitely happy with this switch!!!

This place has gone downhill badly over the years, I've been going here since I was a teenager I'm now 36 and no matter how many times I try to give them another chance to be halfway decent they find a way to let me down. I'd have to write a book to explain all the terrible experiences I've had with them over the last 5 years. From what I hear and see for reviews I'm not the only one, I just had a friend of mine who goes there get a phone call saying they have to re schedule their appointment for something they NEEDED to have and re scheduled them for over 2 months from now, even though THEY are the ones who rescheduled.
