I was nervous about getting my wisdom tooth extracted and put this off for literal years. I contacted several oral surgeons before deciding on Fusion. They had the best customer service and most appointment availability. When I got there, I had virtually no wait and the consult and extraction happened on the same day. (Compare this to an oral surgeon I went to who made me wait 1.5 hours for the consult. 1.5 hours.) The front desk woman (I forget her name) gave me my estimated cost based on my insurance and contacted them when I questioned coverage. Very helpful.

The extraction took less than 25 minutes start to finish. I got to the practice at 8 and was driving home by 8:50. I'm currently still healing from the extraction but with very minimal symptoms. I honestly could not be happier with the service and results.

Excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish. Dr. Tofigh was kind and personable. His front office staff were the same. Again, highly recommend.

I've had multiple problems here, including being forgotten after signing in due to them messing up the check-in process, which others I know have had the same issue. Today was the last straw, I had a 9am appointment and was worried it might get cancelled due to the snow and ice. I received no calls, no texts, no emails, other than one automated one confirming my appointment. Upon arriving, the doors were locked and the lights were off. There was no sign on the door stating they were closed, and there were other people waiting confused as well. After calling, someone from another location answered and informed me they were closed until 10 and they would have to reschedule me, but didn't have any availability until March 20, 2 months from today. It is ridiculous to not notify patients you are closed and then not be able to get them back in for 2 months. That combined with the other issues I have had, I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I am a new patient of Fusion Dental. I called and got an appointment the same day for an assesment of my dental needs, I knew that I had at least one very old filling that was impoding. Not only did they find a second filling that was starting to fail, they had a cancellation and were able to remove the filliing debris and put in new fillings! Additionally, I was able to get an apointment the next day for a cleaning! Everyone I met was very professional, curtious and very efficient. They also delt with my dental insurance very quickly and processed everything perfectly. If you are looking to make a change or maybe "restarting" a realtionship with a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend Fusion Dentail.

I was recommended to Fusion Dental from a friend. I need to have an extraction and an implant. When I called for the first time the person answering the phone was very nice and patience. She explained I needed to see a dentist at the practice first for a referral to the oral surgeon.When I went in the dentist did not talk to me about the process of my procedure. She gave me a referral to the oral surgeon 2 weeks later for a consultation. I don't have dental insurance so I always ask what the charges are going to be. The consultation was $217.
I went in today , October 2. The oral surgeon came in and basically poked at my tooth and asked if it hurt. Than showed me the x-rays. I proceeded to ask questions and the surgeon seemed to get annoyed. I asked how much the process was going to be and he said the front desk could tell me that. The front desk told me that it's a process and just figure it out as you go.
I explained again I don't have dental insurance and I need to know before I commit to the process. They told me they would email the pricing to me.
When I got home I called back to ask if I was getting put under for the surgery so I could set up a ride. The person that answered the phone told me that was a good question. I'll go ask the surgeon. When she returned back to the phone she told me the surgeon wasn't comfortable doing my surgery because I was asking to many questions and they would refund my $217. I was shocked. I thought a consultation was to ask questions and for the doctors to explain the process. The consultation was 5 minutes. THIS IS UNEXCEPATABLE!
