We love this hidden gem. Best hibachi in the area and their sushi is fresh and amazing. Highly recommend. Call in advance to book a hibachi table.

Good food and drinks but the service is hit or miss.

The Good: The Volcano Roll is amazing and the sushi is usually very fresh. The hibachi soup and noodles are always good too. Make sure to order a Scorpion Bowl if you like strong drinks that taste good too.

The Bad: Depending on your server you either get decent service or no service at all, there is no in between. Its also worth mentioning that I have been given the wrong order before and there's been times I was charged for items I didn't order.

If you want amazing Japanese food this is the place!! There are no bad dishes from the yaki udon, shrimp fried rice, and of course the sushi. I have eaten here weekly for about two years and I’ve never had a bad sushi roll. The service is almost as amazing as the food from the incredibly kind hostess and amazing family that is so kind and endearing. My husband actually vowed to take me here weekly and continue my sushi thursday tradition (currently have it with my mom) so 100% think it is well worth the trip and you will not be disappointed!

Recently celebrated my birthday here and they went above and beyond. Excellent service, food and the hibachi chef was very entertaining! Highly recommend Fuji for hibachi and sushi!

This is not Japanese tasting foods, it’s more like Chinese.. Their options are expensive considering the taste and presentation. I ordered Taro roll, Hibachi steak and lobster tail. As you can see on the picture there’s a lot of oily fried rice and small portion of the steak, few bites of lobster that taste horrible. Noodles is oily, dull and taste like more of oyster sauce. I do not recommend this place.

My go-to is the tri-color sushi, which never disappoints. The presentation alone is a feast for the eyes, and the taste is even better. My wife is a fan of the hibachi lunch special, which is both delicious and generous in portion size. The pricing is fair and reasonable, so you can enjoy a great meal without overspending.

Beyond the food, there's a certain charm to this restaurant that makes it stand out. It's a hidden gem in a neighborhood lacking in dining choices, so we feel fortunate to have discovered it. Overall, if you're looking for a satisfying meal and a comfortable atmosphere, Fuji Japanese Steakhouse is definitely worth a visit. Ask for Lee, he’ll take good care of you!

This is for lunch time DJ ing and it was my first time visiting Fugi. Typical Asian fare but was pleasantly surprised how good my chicken/scallop combo platter tasted. Service was also above average so would recommend if you are look for a quick meal.

I celebrated my birthday recently at this location and their service was exceptional. The sushi was fresh and I ordered shrimp and scallops which were done to perfection! I also had the dragon drink and LOVED it! Too bad I couldn't finish it or take it home with me. I will be back!
