I hate to bash a restaurant but have to agree with Darren’s review. I am not understanding these 5 star reviews.

The space is very small and appears mainly designed for take out. We ate in and our food was served in take our containers. Kinda odd when dining in to eat off styrofoam.

The onion soup was just bad. The miso was definitely the better option and that’s the one to get.

The hibachi itself was just middle of the road. It’s not amazing, it’s not the worst. It’s just mediocre.

The chicken was not good, the shrimp was better I suggest sticking to that.

The steak was of what appeared to be low quality, it was very tough. The rice itself was fine, no complaints there.

The coke fountain needed syrup replacement and was out.

The fellow at the desk was very nice and friendly. No negatives there.

All in all, it was simply ok. Not the worst, but also a very far cry from a 5 star. Wasn’t priced ridiculously high and if you stick to miso soup and shrimp it’ll be fine.

So this is my first time there since it has been turned into a hibachi place. We got chicken and steak hibachi, chicken hibachi with noodles, egg rolls, spring rolls, crab Rangoon, gyoza, and miso soup. Everything was really good!! The guy at the front was very friendly!! Definitely will be back!!!

Fuji is always delicious! I occasionally treat myself after a long day of work on my way home and they offer great food at a good value, quickly and fresh. The fried rice actually has flavor and the mustard and ginger sauces are amazing. Sushi rolls are delicious too. We’re lucky to have this quality of food at such reasonable prices.

Tonight my family and I tried this place out. The food was amazing and very tasty, didn't need to add soy sauce it was so good. Best Hibachi in Bryant and we have had our share. We had Hibachi chicken and shrimp and combination fried rice. The chicken was cooked to perfection, very moist. The steak melted in your mouth. I hope this place stays, because we are coming for more.

Tried steak and shrimp and both were amazing. Steak melted in your mouth, shrimp was fantastic, and rice and veggies were very tasty. Owner was very friendly and we spoke about a lot of different food places in central AR so he has tried a lot of other places. This was our first time but we will most definitely go back. Prices were good, especially for the quality of food. Try them out - you won’t be disappointed!

On our visit through Bryant, our family was looking for a cool place to have lunch on such a hot day, we did not expect to receive such a friendly dining experience.
I wish I had caught our host's name he was so kind, helpful and accommodating. He heard us mention being hot, turned on a fan and faced it toward our table, I was as incredibly grateful.
Folks unfamiliar with hibachi, our gracious host explained our options helping to make the ordering process much easier even offering Takoyaki complimentary much to my delight! The food here was perfectly seasoned, cooked and with much larger portions than expected. Absolutely worth the money spent. If you'd like a new experience I recommend you try the Takoyaki, just may surprise you!
We enjoyed our visit with our host almost as much as the food, thank you again sir for such a wonderful experience.

Absolutely best hibachi you can get. Was traveling through from Ky and stopped in for a quick bite. Food was amazing. Had a great chat with the guy that worked there. He gave us some excellent advice on hiking nearby. If you’re looking for awesome food and the best service stop here. Had chicken hibachi.
