I went to Fuji hibachi yesterday after work. I should’ve looked at the menu because I was highly disappointed in the presentation, quality, and quantity of food I recieved. I ordered hibachi chicken I have never got white rice with hibachi, on the phone she stated I ordered previously in December but I have no recollection and I highly doubt I ate it, but her comment was white rice was in the tray then. The rice was very sticky and mushy, there was about 12 pieces of tiny diced chicken with little to no flavor, and the vegetables were not seasoned much at all. I spent and wasted $11.73, the owner or woman who worked in the front said she would replace the meal. However, I just will not be returning. I already was skeptical on eating here but I was hungry and I couldn’t even eat the food or the thought of eating it made me upset.

Edited: March 18th, 2025: as stated previously I will not be back at the establishment. The owner left a comment which did not help there case. Your white rice was dry and the tray was not edible. Goodbye

Fusion Hibachi on Market Street in Greensboro has numerous problems. It cost me $32.48 for 2 teriyaki chicken entrees priced on the menu at $9.99 each and a salad marked on the menu as $2.5 and a canned drink priced on the menu as $1.25. On my calculator, that comes to $23.73 not including tax. When I questioned the amount the lady who had very poor English language skills said the menu was old and they are waiting on new ones. I told her it's illegal to charge more than she is advertising. She kept rambling about how rent is going up and they have to pay extra for the parking lot. I told her again it's not right to show menus all over her counter and then the to go menus that don't come close to what she is charging. Everyone that checked out ahead of me had something wrong with their order and had to wait for corrections. I got distracted from my order because of the overcharge but I checked my order in the car and they had forgot the soda I paid for and they had put brown rice that looked like white rice with soy sauce in my order instead of the women I ordered. I went back in to get the drink and correct order. She gave me a half portion of lomein instead of the full amount and told me I could keep the rice ( which I did not want). I tossed it when I got home. I will never go here again.

New place. Not terrible pricing. We had 2 of the pick 2 specials for $9.99 and the sesame chicken was FRESH and delicious. The steamed Gyoza wasn't big bit still really good. Definitely give this place a try.

If you stay in Greensboro don’t eat from Fuji hibachi on west market street. Last night I had to call the cops on the workers for abusing their child in front me . Y’all this man dragged that little boy by his left leg out the door and the little boy was screaming from the top of his lungs . Holding on to the edge of the door so the man wouldn’t drag him out . Remind y’all it’s been snowing up here in Greensboro and it’s really cold . I’m praying baby boy is okay but it’s never right to drag your child out into the cold. Disciplining your child is okay but not abusing them . Some people don’t need kids at all !!!

King pao shrimp was disgusting.
Pan thai chicken tasted weird.
Crab ragoon wasn’t fresh. Half of them were a different color .

I don’t like their food, it doesn’t taste like actual or the real hibachi when you know the difference. I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi with onions only…the shrimp tasted fine but the chicken and beef ; especially the beef tasted and smelled like they didn’t wash and seasoned it well, I couldn’t even eat it. And I payed $27.91 for the quantity I guess because it’s a good amount but the quality wasn’t it at all. And DoorDash’s going to have the Audacity to try and reimburse me $3…. What am I going to do with $3 for the price of an almost $28 food. I gave a two star because of the quantity and shrimp but everything else was a -0, even the owner was trying to rush me off of the phone while confirming my order because I’m very specific and particular about what I don’t want in my food but overall it was a fail.

The woman cashier tried to over charge me by 75cents. It was not that big of a deal, the problem came when I ask to see my receipt she was hesitant and really didn't want me to see it. Then she tried to fast talk me and gave me cash out the register before I could see what she done. Food was not that good, I only came cause I thought Tokyo Grill was still here🫤

Best japanese food place ever! Their food taste amazinggg. Me and, my husband love going here for lunch and, dinner. We had order to go food. Customer service is good even though it was a long wait but it wasn’t their fault &&’ we don’t mind waiting patiently for our order unlike two of the other customers who were being very rude, ignorant, and entitled towards the workers which was really annoying but other than that highly recommended this place! 💘
