Zach and Erin are freakin awesome. I was an emergency intake and they moved quickly with my case, thankful that I'll be getting the assistance that I need to avoid homelessness! Awesome organization, when my pockets are right, I'll definitely be donating to them! Great place for vets having hardships! Thank God for Friendship Place!😁

I went there to get referrals and to see the Doctor they listed that are available specific days and when I got there it was different and it didn't seem the help that the website displayed was there as listed online. So make sure you CALL THOSE PPL B4 TRAVELEING ALL THE WAY UP NW cause it's not what it's cracked up to be for the homeless....they do offer the laundry, mail service, and hot meals...if that's what u need go there but psychiatric stuff go to the doc office 35k for emergency mental health services. Go to Virginia williams if u need placement in a shelter.

1 star for the ability to provide physical temporary bedrooms at their SE location that only matters when you care about yourself & sleeping outside isn't good yet the price you endure from other blacks supposedly in authority is past shameful. My review is TRUE & I understand how it can be to need to get a place to live till you get your housing so I would be wrong if I didn't at least tell the truth & you not be blinded by the outer appearance. There exist horrible racism & blatant violence against women by male occupants in units next door or above unit neighbors & management allows. They harass you with thumping on the floor thru the day & night, tapping on the walls or banging; Thus mental narcassist gaslighting etc. Staff will speak to police in private like they have power of attorney over you & police go away just because you are homeless & probably give some lie of the victim being mentally ill. If you get a room be mindful of this serious review and it doesn't matter how many complaints you make to DHS cause it's the worst internal corruption that I have ever experienced in my life & all about the $. If you never understood WHY homeless citizens make tent communities over shelters then you didn't listen to my review. All black staff; So the racism is class & homeless cult behavior. If you talk differently & "aren't like us", they hate & gas light to harm you & the Supervisor Caseworker etc allows it because indirectly they don't accept homeless human beings who want to work & have dreams still. They don't think you can be anything else. Staff will literally make excuses of establishing an onsite program for people who can't sleep at night because she is really ok with the people doing the gaslighting to you. Homeless people know what I am stating & others trying to force you to leave. I don't believe Mrs Carter the Caseworker Supervisor should remain. It's horrible, our President should stop this process & our Justice Department needs to investigate the internal corruption; But they are just homeless people....🤮. GOD KNOWS WHAT YOU ALL ARE DOING AND YOU ARE NOT AS IN CONTROL AS YOU THINK YOU ARE.

Had the worst stay ever. I have never had such a horrible experience before with a hotel. The receptionist entered our room at 12:30am with his own set of keys while we were sleeping without any reason. We had to call the police because we were so scared.

The bathroom was also tiny and filthy. The room had no duvets, the sheets did not cover the bed. The towels were smelly. The room had no facilities. The lift wouldn’t work.
