If I could give 0 stars that would have been my choice. This place is not only disorganized and poorly run, but also employs some of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. The team here is full of misinformation and seemingly enough will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you off of the phone. They do no policing of their programs and as such have waiting lists for just about everything they offer. On top of this, their system to track requests is done in a binder that has no organization. I would recommend you stay away or make the drive to another MWR if you need anything.

Exact whaat you would expect from an MWR. People are ok when talking to them, but their systems are horrible. Policies change without notice, there is no effort to keep long term consumers notified of billing cycles, and often nonfunctional security systems. If there were innovation of any sort to improve services, the people there could likely make it a great place, but MWR is a 3 letter after thought. If it weren’t for the low prices and the security of the military base, their customers would go to a business that had progressed at least out of the early 1990s. Can’t blame the employees, just the management.

The lady was sitting there at 0900 on a Saturday and I asked about Disney hotel discounts. She said I needed an appointment. But doesn't do appointments on weekends. No customers were there. I went and did other things and 15 minutes later, no one was still there...why exactly couldn't she help me, I will never know. Great for MWR!

My husband went to schedule our PCS flights and they couldn't help us. In stead they gave us a phone number to call and schedule with them. So, why Fort Meade needs a travel office for?

Worst customer service. Front desk ladies were friendly at all. There’s was barely anyone in the building and they acted like they super busy. They didn’t answer the phones.
