I went in interested in a sled but didn’t want to buy a new one. Brendon found one for me and it didn’t have the track I wanted so he talked to parts and gave me a great deal on a track swap and studs to make the sale happen. Very happy with the interaction and the parts guys are great as well to deal with.

I was up that way on a snowmobile vacation and decided to give FKPS a call as my sleds were starting to age. Sales manager was very helpful as was the finance director. After purchasing the used sled I had a minor problem and the service manager fit me right in to rectify the minor issue. Of all the dealers I have ever dealt with over many years FKPS is five star top notch no questions asked!

The absolute gold standard for customer service. Ordered me a new track, squeezed me in to have it swapped on a rainy day and I was riding the next. In addition to that, they called other area shops when they didn't have parts on hand to fix my wife's busted shock mount. Because of that, we got that fixed the next day and back on the trail as well. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Tyler and the rest of the guys are top notch
