Walking through the dusty streets, saloons, jails, and old wooden storefronts felt like stepping straight into the golden age of Western films.

There’s something special about seeing real sets not green screens, not digital illusions. but tangible buildings, props, and landscapes that actors once interacted with.

The whole place is a celebration of a filmmaking era when movies were crafted with practical effects, real stunt work, and physical sets. Being there makes you appreciate how much creativity and effort went into those classic productions. Honestly, it reminds you how exciting movies used to feel before CGI took over everything.

The live shows, the staged shootouts, and the atmosphere of the Tabernas Desert all add to the sense of authenticity.

it’s a living piece of film history. If you love cinema, or just want to feel the charm of “old-school Hollywood,” this place delivers.

A great experience overall, and a must-visit for anyone who still believes practical effects have a soul that CGI can’t replace.

Very cool day at Fort Bravo today 24/10/25
Filming also taking place today which was very exciting.
Lots to see here; film sets with old western buildings, museum of old sadals used in films, coaches etc, the show was at 1pm in the saloon bar. It was can can dancing and a shoot out with the cowboys.
All in Spanish of course which was fine, authentic.
A carriage ride was included in the ticket price, which was fun.
Highly recommend at visit, suitable for all ages, but consider the guns are fired and it's very loud.

Fantastic Show & Fantastic Desert Location
My family loved this place! my kids really enjoyed the cowboy show, we enjoyed being in the desert, and we thought it was absolutely worth missing a day at the beach to come here. We were coming from Roquetas del Mar so it was not that far.
The show was about some criminals being chased by sheriffs, etc. But you rapidly get the gist of the story regardless of your national origin. Then you can walk around and see some of the places were Sergio Leone shot some of his most famous movies.
They obviously have a small shop to buy a few souvenirs for the kids. All in all it was a great day out for us, highly recommended!

If you are in Almeria for a few days and visited the Catedrale, Alcazaba and walked on the Belvedere et streets, Fort Bravo if an interesting very different activity. We arrived at 11:30, watched the noon cowboy show, walk in the western and Mexican villages did some horse ride and watched the 14:30 second show. All in Spanish but we had a good time the actor made it fun with a few stun. They redo the noon show at 17:30 if you arrive after lunch. We liked it and recommend it, a 4.5.

My wife and I booked online which cost 66 euros with a 15 min horse ride included. We didn't avail of the horse ride as it was simply a horse being led by a cowboy around the paddock. More suitable for children. The location is a 25 minutes drive from Almeria. The venue has a great western style film set with a live show from a few cowboys which is entertaining. There's also a restaurant, swimming pool , stables and souvenir shop. If you're traveling with children it's a few hours out. A good venue however for two adults costing 66 euros I don't believe it's value for money.

For all western lovers, for families with children and for everyone who wants to step for a moment into real film sets. Two great shows, the option to have lunch in the local restaurant, and an experience you’ll remember for a long time. Go for the Hollywood!

What an amazing place!!

I grew up with westerns (spagetti or not). I was wyatt earp, lone ranger etc. I have never imagined that when I will grow up I would visit the place where scenes from mant westerns were filmed. I mean... "The good, the bad and the ugly". OMG!!! For me it was a ratattouille tasting moment!

The location is incredible. Well maintained movie sets, very good actors, well executed show (a little long, but you have to endulge them - latins like to talk a lot and you can see they prepare lot), good costumes, awesome stunts:). Very nice personeel!

The restaurant could do more but probably visitors opted the food out.

I missed some audio guide to tell me about the amazing movies that were filmed there and great actors that spent time there (Eastwood, Nicholson, Bud Spencer and Terence Hill:)).

Anyway, overall the experience was amazing. My kids never saw a western before this visit... but we left with full cowboy equipment and we're watching westerns now:).

Totally recomend the place. I understand there are two more in the area but I did not had time to visit them.

We spent one night on the campsite which you can book only if you buy the tickets for the shows because you actually spend the night in the outdoor studio which is quite large. We were a bit skeptical before but it turned out that the campsite was great with clean facilities and a quiet campsite at night. The highlight of our stay was the shows. The actors were passionate and great action was presented. Even though we werent keen on visiting the park/shows it was definitely worth it. The food was very good for the price. After traveling 4 weeks through Spain (north coast to south). I can recommend 10/10 for the whole package and price.
