No complaints. Nice staff. Office was clean and new. The process took under 20 minutes. Also, it is in a secure looking office park area.

Very clean and fast. The security guy made it so easy for us first timers. He showed us how to fill out the paperwork and made it fun. The girl behind the counter was very nice but the window made it hard to hear. Hope to be back soon.

Harold the security guard was very professional and for my 1st time coming into this location let alone hit decent on a scratch off I was glad Harold made the process simple I would do 5/5 however I was instructed by the front desk that I'd have to wait for a background which could take 2 days- 4 weeks. It was a great experience. I just wish I could claim my winnings like a 500 dollar winner

This is the closest district office to me so I come here to cash all my wins greater than $500. The wait is not too long, the staff is super nice and you can also play lotto there as well

I just left today 7/6/21 with a check for $7,600!!! I won $10,000 yesterday on the new 2$ : 1000$ a week for life ticket that was just released yesterday!! The whole process took 10 min! They were friendly fast and even asked how I reacted when I realized I had won. I SHOWED UP WITH MY CLAIM FORM ALREADY FILLED OUT AS WELL AS THE BACK OF MY TICKET! There was no issues and I AM OVER THE MOON EXCITED AND HAPPY!!
