Where to start? They are so unprofessional. I informed them that I would be leaving to go to the military, and I wanted to end my lease early and they put it in court records as an eviction. With that being on my record, I have the hardest time getting approved for a place now. Also, I would have issues with the rental property. Nothing was ever fixed. The dishwasher did not work at all , The stove was not fully put together and also the dishwasher was not mounted . When I connected my refrigerator to the waterline pipe in the kitchen, the water was filthy. It was brown.I could never get in contact with them. And in order for me to get that eviction removed, I have to pay $6000. Which is insane considering my rent was only $1600. Terrible terrible company I would never rent from them again. I would never recommend them to anyone and I hope sooner or later they get shut down. I’ve been in contact with my lawyer and we are taking them to court to get that eviction removed. These people only care about their selves, not the community or the greater good. Take my advice and never rent from them.

Stayed at one of Kendall’s short term properties for a month and couldn’t have asked for more.

Very communicative and helpful with anything I needed. Staff are nice. Property was well maintained and had everything I needed to live comfortably with my family of 4.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! My cousin who was a single mom had to take them to court and FLI never showed up because they knew what they did was wrong. They were still charging them rent after the eviction when they weren't even a month behind rent. They’re liars and a joke. TERRIBLE company to go through!!!! I hope they get shut down

Don’t rent from these people. When you call their office no one answers the phone. I have been renting from them for three years. When you need something fixed it replaced they take days to do it. They are a joke. When they say they will do something it takes them weeks to do it.

My advice is “caveat emptor” - Latin for “let the buyer beware!"

Terrible company. The owner Kendall is a heartless bully who threatens to charge your deposit if you do not do what she wants. Rented for 3.5 years through FLI numerous time worked on stuff around rental property such as well and plumbing because FLI would not respond to me to get a professional out to service. I have emails where property managers are asking me to restore water to the rental property simply because I knew how to work on the well and they wouldn’t have to pay anyone. Since then our unit flooded due to an issue with the septic system after 4 days my stuff sat in raw sewage with no plumber or restoration company and FLI and the property manager absolutely screwed my family. We lost everything and their response is, “if you don’t move all of this sewage soaked personal items out of the unit we will charge your deposit and another months rent.” After being told a restoration company would be throwing contaminated items away. Kendall Butler, the owner of FLI texted me and said she decided not to hire the restoration company and that she was gonna have a handy man come clean the floors, that were soaked in raw sewage. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. I was in a bind and needed a place and didn’t check reviews prior and I have learned from that mistake. Please if you have a family do not put them through what Kendall and her team will put you through. If you still decide to rent from them, I told you so.

This will be a long review but please read to the end so you know how UNPROFESSIONAL this company is!
We were tenant at a property in Lagrange for 2 years and with this being said we were the perfect tenant. We received notice from them that the owner was not going to renew his contract with FLI Properties because they were putting the home on the market to sell (and not with FLI Proterties). We had until March 31, 2021 to vacate the property. On March 10th I called to set up a move out inspection for 10:00 am March 30th. Ms. Shirley said she will send out an email to see if there were someone could do the inspection.
Well almost 2 weeks went by and I hadn’t heard back. Another call to Ms. Shirley. She said she was personally putting it on Kendall’s appointment book.
On March 30th at 9:40 am I called to confirm but no answer and left a message. 10:00 am I called again left message. At 10:10 am Ms. Shirley called me back. She stated Kendall is out of town and she would call her and Keith. She stated they were on vacation and could not make it. After going back and forth I informed her I would be at the house on March 31st at 7:00 pm.
Well Keith set up an agent to go to my house on March 30th without my knowledge or approval to complete the move out inspection! They entered my home without my permission or my knowledge. This is a violation of my lease agreement!
I have numerous emails to them about this with absolutely no response from them!
Kendall did send me a Docusign email with the move out inspection to sign. Haha it wasn’t even the one that the agent gave me a copy of! Not sure it this was a violation or not.
Sent another email concerning my security deposit refund check. No response! It has now
been 36 days since the move out inspection and still no response or my deposit refund! According to the lease agreement they have 30 days to close the account and send the deposit back to the tenant.
I did contact the Georgia Realtor Commission and it is a process to file a grievance which I am in the process of completing.
Final word of advice find a different real estate agent for your rental or property business! Thank you Carla Hardee

Unsure of where to start. For the sake of brevity, I will keep this review concise and cogent. Our agent (loose term) manage to fumble two sales, which were in conttact. Both times, we were assured that we needed to go and get a home under contract where we were relocating. We did this, foolishly both times, and in the end were left running around like the proverbial headless chickens trying to back out and collect deposit checks which we had submitted. We ended up with egg on our face and real estate agents talk. The only thing I will ad is, proceed with caution and exercise due diligence. These folks are uncommunicative and unprofessional. We never were able to reach this "agent" on the phone and he would typically respond on average 2 days later. When the second sale backed out, we were in another state securing a property and returned and for 2 days I tried to reach him and when he finally responded, he stated that the buyers decided to go another direction. Not sure of anything else I can ad to this. We are extremely patient people and understand life happens but this was uncalled for and above all, unprofessional
.
