I gave it a two star ONLY because The maintenance team responds very quickly to anything that needs to be fixed, Ruthie will work with you when it comes to rent. HOWEVER do I think it’s worth the $1780 I pay no! Reason why they randomly shut your water off and it happens frequently, the roaches are getting ridiculous I’ve called for pest control to spray my apartment every week for an entire month in October. They’ve just sent a blast email earlier this week That pest control was going to come and spray our entire building. I am assuming because the roaches are getting more bad and they are having more complaints. I’ve only been in my apartment for one year and six months. and in that one year and six months, I have had five new neighbors. A lot of them have moved out because of the bugs and waters and the price. The walls do have cracks in them, which they have painted over, which is not a big deal to me. I will say my ceilings have craved twice in my front room and twice in my bedroom, I put an order in a month ago regarding one of the ceilings and I am still waiting for it to be fixed. My neighbors are not bad. They are actually quiet however I would not recommend these apartments to anyone because it’s not worth the amount you pay.

I enjoy the quaint community, it has a small/quiet vibe that is conveniently located to the interstates and supermarkets and restaurants. The accounting/assistant, Ruthie, has great energy and always eager to help and extend a hello. Additionally the maintenance staff is prompt with any request submitted.

I lived here for about one year throughout 2023. It’s difficult to describe exactly how awful an experience living here for an entire year was.

For starters, the entire community had our water shutoff more than 2 dozen times (I’m not exaggerating. I have more than 24 goddamn emails about “emergency water shutoff” throughout the entire year while living here.).
Worst part is these emails often came AFTER water was already off. So you’ll get home from work or whatever, and there’s no water and no communication. Eventually, someone would complain, and THEN the community would send out a “blast email: emergency water shutoff” communication. Total BS.

Leasing agents were super polite AT FIRST. The day after I signed my lease, they ignored my written communications, questions or anything. If a resident enters the leasing/management office, you’re practically shooed away if there’s anyone touring. Otherwise? You’re ignored.

Make sure you take photos of any documents you sign IMMEDIATELY. These people even swapped out our move-in unit on the day we showed up with our moving truck. Suddenly we live by the main road at the entrance to the community, and not at the back like the unit we toured and signed for. What else could we do though? We already had our stuff in our truck and whatever we originally signed for was changed day of move-in.

Btw, the 24/7 gym on property is NOT 24/7. You must pay a separate, extortionate fee for your own key to the feeble gym on property. Otherwise, you must enter the highly unwelcome leasing office and ask, to which they will begrudgingly open it for you at their own leisure.

Ive got a lot of other stuff to complain about tbh, but not the time to do so. If you’re reading this, you get the point. Don’t live here, you’ll HATE it.

I’ve never had a worse living arrangement than here and I’ve been homeless in Florida before.
