This gym is lovely! I joined a week ago and am so grateful I did. I had a bad injury three months ago making it painful to walk and even move at times. In my week of joining I'm finding I can take stairs easier, and have felt great improvements in my pain and strength. They have incredible teachers and you are encouraged to do as much or as little as your body allows. No pressure. Rene has done a fantastic job at cultivating a sense of community there. Both the staff and gym members are so welcoming and encouraging and they even have a book club.
They offer childcare and my daughter loves it so much she literally cries when we have to leave. Emily is so sweet and even brings in snacks to share with her. I'm very thankful to have found this gym and look forward to continuing my membership there. Prices are extremely reasonable, I highly recommend checking it out!

I joined Fit about 3 months ago and I love it! It's a small gym, which is one of the things I love most about it. The staff is very friendly and personable. You just get a pleasant, positive vibe as soon as you walk in the door. The large classroom upstairs is bright and beautifully finished. The instructors are upbeat and take a personal interest in each participant. I can highly recommend this gem of a gym, so glad I joined!

I absolutely love this gym. I've been a member for only a few months, but I can tell I'm going to be happy here for years to come. The gym is clean, pretty, and well kept, with amenities such as a steam room/sauna, fresh towels, showers stocked with shampoo/lotion, key lockers you don't need a padlock for, and handy wipe-down towelettes. The staff is helpful, friendly, and incredibly accomodating. I always get a cheerful greeting when I walk in.

There's a great variety of classes offered in both the morning and evening. The instructors and trainers are very welcoming and helpful; I feel that several of them have gone above and beyond what is expected of fitness instructors in finding in-class alternative movements for those who aren't up to the level of the rest of the class or have weak areas. Nancy, the Sunday yoga instructor, even researched some extra exercises for me when I explained I had poor balance due to a previous foot injury (and thanks to her help, I'm now back to where I was before my injury!). The attention can be as remote or as personalized as you'd like, but I greatly appreciate the opportunity to get to know the instructors and other class participants.

I have never once felt like I "don't belong" here, which can be a big problem at some gyms. If anything, I feel like I can do MORE and do BETTER because of the positive attitude that practically oozes out of the place. I highly recommend joining this gym, particularly if you need a friendly and encouraging face to get you in the door time and again.

I moved into Boonsboro about half a year ago, deciding to change from my atf gym to Fit in Boonsboro. Which I felt fit was way cheaper especially durning the promotions they offer as well. Great price and worth the money!

I’m currently in a 3 month membership. And love the gym myself.
Staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.
Classes are fun and can be booked online or in person. So if you can’t be able to come in due to weather you can go through a video call online.

Durning the current times we are in: the fit team has made me feel safer, by placing signs to wear masks, sanitation stations all around the area and temperature taking of each person who comes in.

Compared to my other gym; fit in Boonsboro has many things to offer such as free classes for members, showers and saunas- closed due to covid, but great to know they have, they offer massage therapy, and offer many other things such as challenges and drinks or health advice.

All in all they are doing a great job!

I joined Fit In Boonsboro today.....I'm intimidated by gyms. I took the Triple S class and really enjoyed it! Renee is a fun and encouraging instructor, and the class members were friendly and welcoming. It was challenging, but I enjoyed it, and I know I'm investing in myself!

This gym is really nice and staff is friendly I would recommend anyone to join here if they want to get away from a plain Jane gym. It is like a spa in the locker room and has nice machines to work out on. Very happy to be a customer!

I was near Boonsboro for my wedding, and I contacted Fit to host a private fitness class for myself and some of the party. They were friendly, it was easy to coordinate, and we had a lot of fun!

This gym ended up being very dishonest with their charging during the 2020 covid 19 disaster. We tried to be kind but they just kept charging us. They said they would do a refund for the several months they charged, they never did, they kept avoiding us. I know 2020 is the year every business dies so ok, I understand I was screwed over out of self preservation. But I think moving forward I'll just buy equipment for use at home.
