Fire Island Grill

Me and my wife have never tried fire island grill and decide to go in and try it. Upon entering we were met by the cashier who was a woman with glasses,we didn’t get her name but she had blue colored highlights in her hair. Anyway, she was VERY VERY RUDE and just really wasn’t friendly AT ALL. It seemed that it bothered her that we asked about the menu and how it all works since we have never been there. Ultimately we decided not to eat there and chose to spend our money elsewhere. Fire Island grill shouldn’t have people working the register who are rude and nasty.

Used to be the best Chicken sandwich in the A.V. Now the tomato & pineapple slices are thicker than the Chicken, same with there chicken bowls more rice than Chicken or veggies. Want a real Chicken Sandwich? Try Sassy Bird on the Boulevard blows this place away

Food was decent. A little overpriced for what we get but overall it was okay. The employees are very friendly.

Fire Island Grill is one of my favorite places to eat in the Antelope Valley. I have tried a couple of their salads, rice bowls (chicken and steak), noodle bowls, and the tilapia sandwich. As for sauces, I have tried the peanut sauce, pineapple teriyaki sauce, and Fire Island teriyaki sauce. I have never been disappointed with a meal. The food is always fresh and delicious. Is addition, the staff is friendly and hard working. Unlike many similar establishments, they don't let tables sit uncleared and uncleaned. The prices are quite reasonable and the tea is fresh brewed and refreshing. Fire Island Grill is a casual dining establishment, with customers ordering and paying at the counter before being seated.

Every time we drive through we must stop! Wish they would put one closer to us (Whittier, CA). Food has always been great! Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Im putting a three because the food is great, however, most of the people working there are immature and unmotivated. There was one worker that was super nice and helpful but the rest of them were standing around, making fun of how I put sriracha on my salad. Very unpleasant and not professional.

First time trying this place and food is over priced most definitely. ordered my kid the Mac and cheese and it was krafts Mac and cheese out the box now nothing special although their menu looks appetizing once it was served it did not look like the menu or taste to my expectations and food is overpriced and workers there saw us standing there trying to decide on what we wanted didn’t even recommend anything they just let us stand there for the price I paid I can get better quality and tasting food.

I love the tofu platter with just veggies and 2 parts pineapple teriyaki sauce to 1 part thai peanut sauce. So good! Make sure to ask for the tofu crispy if you like it that way, or it could come out softer and squishier.
