The worst started early on my insurance renewal. They are great about dropping the ball. Fallow thru f minus. Employee's are left taking the crap from insured because admin personnel dropped the ball instead of passing it of to a lower employee to take care of with explanations. There life and holidays were more important, they look more at the income from insurance companies, then the customer's paying that bill.They figure they will get it anyway. But I'm sure all of there stuff is insured! I feel sorry for all of there Employee's who have to take the abuse from insured from there screw ups. So beware!

I have not had a good experience with Fig Financial Insurance Group. I specifically asked for short term rental insurance through the insurance provider that I have my insurance with in Washington. That provider actually doesn't offer STR insurance, but instead of telling me that they wrote a landlord policy and told me it was fine. It is not and I'm assuming the agent just wanted commission from the sale and wrote it anyway. Six months later I caught it which is my fault because I just trusted he did what he said he would. I also asked for it to be put under our umbrella policy, which he never did. I missed that as well. When I called and asked for a new agent and told her what happened, she said she would quote me the correct insurance and I don't think knew what she was doing as it was totally wrong. Sometimes it's just better to ask for all the information and then research it. Then I called today, Friday, before 3pm when they close to cancel my policy and they had already switched the phones over early. It has been unprofessional all the way around and I'm very disappointed in this agency. If you do use them make sure you go through the policy quote with a fine tooth comb. Insurance is difficult to understand. Educate yourself. That is on me for sure because I didn't understand what I needed. I now have a new agent at a different agency who has taken the time to educate me and make me feel very comfortable with the insurance I ended up with.
