Our 2021 Bronco Sport popped an electronic code and said to get service. We drove just 11 miles to the dealership after stopping at a parts store to check our battery. Yup. Bad battery.
At the dealership, they tested the battery and the diagnostic codes. The battery was replaced. The part for the transmission sensor was ordered from Ford. Next question, can we drive the car at all? If not, how do we get home?
The best advice from the mechanic was not to drive the car.
The service manager found an associate to drive us home, and when the car was ready 2 days later, the same fine gentleman picked us up at home so we could have our Bronco.

Great customer service. Always satisfied. I also used the collision center this fall after unfortunately hitting a deer. Lots of damage but very satisfied with their work. Looks like new now.

The service has always been wonderful at Farmington Ford, but it appears they may have reached a new level of excellence. I noticed a number of new staff members in the service department, all friendly and helpful! Appointment Confirmations detailed work to be completed. I was given an appointment for the very next day. Two restrooms for customers and free snacks also water are a bonus!

My 3 month old truck was towed to Farminton Ford because my 4th and 8th cylinder were mis-firing. The Ford dealership could see this online in my diagnostics. They test drove the truck twice and said they couldn't get it to re-create the problem. I called another dealership, had them run my diagnostics and they could see the test drives and that the code was still showing up. I called Farmington and said "maybe you should clear the codes and then drive it, so you know if it's new codes." They didn't think to do that. So they did that and still said they couldn't fix the truck, I now have to wait to see if it happens again, and living in rural Maine, this means I'll be stranded somewhere. I also asked them while they had my truck to fix my tonneau cover as it does not release to be rolled up and it's not allowing my tail gate to open. They said they fixed it. I picked up the truck and they did not fix my cover. I am now going to Casco Bay Ford to get my truck fixed because they're confident they will fix it and take great care of me! Farmington Ford dealership does not care about the customer, or the warranty on your vehicle.

My muffler also separated, I had my neighbor throw a quick tack weld on, so I could get to the dealership. Farmington Ford said that voided my warranty and they won't fix it. I guess I was suppose to stay on the side of the road with a broken muffler in the middle of nowhere during a freezing January, to not void my warranty.

Customer beware of Farmington Ford!!!
